Absolutely, especially if you bowled regularly before conceiving. One word of caution, if your body starts to ache, listen to it and take a breather. The Mayo Clinic has done studies showing that active mom's can generally keep up the same level of activity as long as there are no pregnancy problems. So get out and enjoy some bowling! Best of luck to you and your baby!

My bowling partner bowled the entire time, and gave birth following a night of bowling!

I'd call your doc first. My friend was told not to bowl in her 3rd trimester. Something about the motion of throwing the ball straining the baby. Also, the other person had a good point about slipping. good luck.

I'm 32 weeks and still go bowling every other weekend with my friends. Just be careful not to slip.

Thats a question for your doctor. I would say up to a certain point during your pregnancy you can, but I dont know that cutoff date and it really will depend on how much wieght you gain, or any complications or any of that. Talk to DOC :) good luck

Since I had a low risk normal pregnancy (very important), My dr. said I should be able to continue any physical activity I did before getting pregnant. To be sure you can to, ask your dr. Don't take chances.

I don't see why not. There's no reason you can't continue your normal every day activity (obviously besides things like horseback riding, skiiing, etc where you can fall and get hurt). Remember, pregnancy is a CONDITION, not a DISEASE.
