My son will run away from me at any chance he gets its not only me its everyone.he turns around and laugh while he dose it and will go into places i cant get him out like under the neighbors trampoline or even in there dog house and the dog will growl at me for trying to get him out he never growls at my son. i know that might sound funny to some of you but it has caused alot of chaos in my life he is now 3 and a half and i have anothewr child that just turned two iam a single mother i have tried insalling locks but he has always managed to get away from me when iam tending to the other child .i dont want to be critized i just would like to know if anyone else has had the same proublem and what can i do to teach him to not run away?

I still love my ex , we broke up 6 months ago. We were together for 2 years. Then one day she said I was good enough for her and left. To this day I'm confused why she left, I didn't do anything wrong. It hurts every morning when I wake up and she's not beside me, I can't take it. Then I saw her dad and he said that she's pregnant but she hasn't been with anyone, but I haven't had any contact with her personally. I'm so hurt and confused, I don't know what to do?

The kid lived with the mom his whole life & had a great relationship. She never interfered with the dad's visits. But when he went to live w/dad (he liked dad's no rules policy)
he refused to talk to or visit his Mom. He calls her names when he does answer. Going to court won't help, there is only 1 judge & he is biased toward women.

My son was playing games on cartoonnetwork.com. I went downstairs to get ready for work. While I was gone he decided to go to another website for games that his friend had told him about, called addicting games, or. Well, that search brought up some other websites that he clicked on and saw very inappropriate images. I found this out because he closed out the windows and turned off the computer and was acting a little strange. He seemed nervous.

I have talked with him and explained that what he saw was not normal and not all people are like that and that the people that put that kind of stuff on the internet are sick, etc...

I am just wondering if I should continue to talk to him about it or what I should say. He is open with me now that I brought it up and he seems a little dazed by what he saw. Are there any suggestions?

My 4-month-old already has two teeth. She has always sucked on her fingers but now that her teeth are in the ped. is telling me to get her to stop doing this because it can harm the development of her new teeth as well as the ones that she already has. I have tried keeping them out of her mouth and giving her a binky but she just screams until I finally give up. I have heard about something that you put on childrens fingersthat tastes bad, to get them to stop bitting there nails and I was wondering if it was safe and it anyone else has had this problem. What did you do about it? I am desperate. I want my baby girl to have a gorgeous smile!

OK maybe ı dıdnt make myself clear. I wanted genuıne advıce and help from anybody who has had a baby ın turkey before regardıng hospıtal standard, procedures, ınsurance costs etc etc. I dıd not ask to be ınsulted and treated lıke an ıdıot - obvıously I know that childbırth happens all over the world but as a fırst tımer ı was expectıng a lıttle more help from members on here and not the answers ı receıved from my fırst questıon.

I kno that late in pregnancy its possible to actually see parts of ur baby movie across ur belly. im 27 weeks pregnant with my first baby, and everyones asking me if i can see the babys arms legs..ect..moving when he kicks. I was on the pill for 7yrs and just got off of it 2months ago. I took seasonel and allesse. As soon as I got off my pills my period went straight back to normal. every 28days for 5 days and medium flow. Ive always been regular. Women in my family have had no trouble getting pregnant but my mom had trouble her tubes were blocked. I am 5'5 135lbs healthy weight, I eat 4 times a day and I dont exercise heavily, I have severe painful periods and are prescribed lortabs for them, I also get bowle trouble with them. My fiance and I have tryed for those 2 months now and so far nothing, I have tryed on my most fertile days, Waiting to see the results of this month, Does it sound like I will have problems concieving or am I worrying to much any suggestions like supplements? and what if I wanted to loose some weight? Trying to get pregnant is keeping me away from weighing 120lbs again because I want to be healthy.

I adore my 3-yr-old and would never purposely do anything that would make fun of him or anything like that. That's not what this is about.

For months, my 3-year-old has called me "Daddy-ah-Momma" and my husband "Momma-ah-Daddy" (meaning he would start talking before thinking about who he's talking to). It was a correction.

All of a sudden, he stopped doing it. He no longer messes up and starts to call me "Daddy" and my husband "Momma". Instead, the very day he stopped doing that, he started stuttering. And I'm not talking about even your moderate case of stuttering. After trying to get one word out for several seconds, I started counting. I counted seventeen "Ca"'s to say "Can I have a drink?" (after I started counting, at least ten before that). He even stops to take in a long breath and keep going.

I think he's just doing it to be funny. Should we just ignore it, or should we try to get him to stop, based on our belief that it's not a true stuttering problem?

i have 9 and a half months old baby. we are going to turkey to live for a while. in turkey babies get hepatitis b vaccine 3 shots..we live in uk and my baby never got hep b vaccine.. now we are going to turkey and we will live with turkish people. about 2 months. does my baby need hep b vaccine now? i was going to order it but i heard it has loads side effects and not needed for infants. hep b disease endemic in turkey? i have 2 roads now first road my baby will get the vaccine and will have long term side effects, 2nd road my baby wont get vaccine and catch hep b. what would you do?

My daughter is 3 and she's done SOOOO good potty training. The problem I'm having is she refuses to have a bowel movement on the toilet. I have a 6yr step son who wets the bed almost every night. When he's asked why didnt he get up and go to the bathroom he shruggs his shoulder and says i dont know. He sometimes will get up in the morning already wet, goes to the bathroom and gets back in bed in his wet clothes. Like this morning i asked why didnt he change out of his wet clothes..I dont know was the answer. His mother took him to the Dr. and they want to put him on medicine, we dont feel thats the answer. We have praised him on the occaisions that he didnt wet the the bed, but how do you descipline a 6yr old who has no answer for why he wets the bed or should you even descipline him? We have him go potty several times before bed and we cut him off drinks hours before bedtime. We are at our witsend...anyone with advise?

hi i am due oct 16 which is 2morrow, i have no signs of labor. i mean i feel no pain no cramps..not even the mildest discomfort isnt that weird!! i want this pregnancy over with what should i do. please share your experience as if you delivered earlier than due date on due date or later. and how did labor start, all of a sudden or gradually coz i dont feel anything at all, even the BH contractions my tummy gets hard no pain. i am not complaining i guess i am the lucky one but i just want this over with. do you think i wll go into labor on my due date???? please help
