Pregnancy & Parenting - 11 August 2006

Is it safe to go to the shooting range if I'm 5 months pregnant? I haven't really read anything in my books about it. I figured the noise may make the baby jump around but I didn't want to damage the hearing or anything else. Does anyone have any info? Thanks!

when i went to the doctor they told me i wasn`t but my tommy is the biggest thing on my body my best friend told i look like im about three months but the doctors told me i wasn`t do u think im just bloated and test i took was wrong and if so how is this possible

I just found out I am pregnant been trying for 2.5 years I am so excited but scared too. Ok well I had a very abnormal period for me.. I bleed for 5 days and it was very light. I took a pregnancy test the day I stopped bleeding and it was negative, but I am still cramping and I have itchy sore breasts, also my pelvic area is tender, I also have nausea and have had headaches 4 times with in the last 2 weeks. If any one knows what is going on or might think they know what is going on with me please let me know.

Kids are 5 (going into kindergarten) and 3 (preschool) she has tried everything: being mean, nice, rewards, and everything else. tonight i took 3 hrs. She has two. they don't listen. What have u used that works? PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!

with all the awareness and education out there, why are teens still having unprotected sex and unplanned pregnancies, or worse yet PLANNED pregnancies?? and where are the parents of these children having children? i don't get it. and why the disregard for aids and std's....serious answers only, as this is a serious issue.

i think in other countries it is acceptable to feed anywhere and everywhere. why do people cover their eyes or look away when women breastfeed? i am a breastfeeding mother. are there any laws preventing breastfeeding here in the usa in public? just curious. not one of those moms who tell anyone what is best for their babies as far as formula or breasfeeding.

Kids these days are horrible! People don't make them do chores, respect their elders, or any of that stuff. They let their kids sit around, watch TV, eat in the living room, make messes, back talk, whine, slam doors, jump on the furniture, run in the house, say bad words, write on the walls, and eventually fight, drink, smoke, do drugs, have sex... I mean what the heck is going on!?! My folks used switches, belts, wooden spoons, fly swats, whatever it took to get their message across (I'm a better person today because of it-I'm thankful). People today are lazy. It's easier for them to go with the flow than to take a stand. Well, this is why our girls are getting knocked up and our boys are ending up in jail. Stop the madness and start early. Make your children mind. Smack them when they sass you. Whoop their tails when you tell them to do something and they say "no" and do it anyway. People do not like your kids because you let them do as they please. Love 'm, make 'm mind.
