I've found the best way to lose weight quickly and keep it off a significant amount of time is to start cutting portion sizes in half RIGHT NOW. Say you order what you normally order at a restaurant, only eat half of it, stop & push it away. You will be hungry for the 1st few days but keep it up and don't restrict yourself from things you normally eat or you will cheat & binge. After about 2-3 days your stomach will shrink and will continue to do so. You will start to be full after that half of a meal or snack. Once this happens cut that portion down and on & on until you are satisfied on very little. Of course you can also eat slower, don't watch tv while you eat, their are lots of little tricks to letting your brain tell your stomach it is full quicker.
Most importantly: drink tons of water, no sodas, sugary drinks or alcohol!!! Empty calories will make you frustrated & give up...believe me this will work, it is the easiest & most successful diet I've ever done. Good Luck!!!

I'm not an expert, but from everythign I've ever read you can't do that and be healthy. The most you can lost SAFELY is 2 pounds a week. That might be too much, plus you are still growing (I am assuming your a young teen).
But other than that exercise and eatting lots of fruits and veggies. Or next time you go to a doctor, ask him. Oh, if you are near your period, you might seem to weigh more. Some women do that, my mom tells me. And I have learned that my mom is usually right. :)

But remember that loosing with accelerated speed ( 10 po.in 2 weeks) may cause you to hair loose,period disorder, and skin damage.the best recommende speed is 2 pound a month.if I have a pic with out any dress that show me your entire body from anterior and posterior sides ,i will decide so better.

Watch calories and then burn them off by exercising. There are machines that show u how much calories your losing so you can use those. If you don't have one of these just exercise, eat right and your body will be sexy and tight.[I hope that doesn't sound corny]

sure you can - drink lots of water,eat only whole low fat foods,walk 30 minutes/day & don't eat after 8:00 pm - you might even lose more ! good luck

i wrestle so i pretty know every way there is 2 lose weight eat alot of salad because u lose calories when u eat them dont eat alot of carbs and excirsixe

excercise a lot and eat foods low in calories like cucumbers...it might not be very healthy tho cuz ur not gettin all ur food groups :/
