Pregnancy & Parenting - 10 August 2006

Well I kinda of a crybaby(and I aint afraid to share that with the world) and well I am 13 and me and my mom have the greatest relationship together and I lived with my mom for the summer and today I went back home with my dad and now that I am away from her I feel like I am falling apart and I feel like theres no heart in me its all fallen apart.I have to stay with my dad all School year and I just cant take it becuz for one I live with 5 bros 4 little 1 big and I am the only girl and it drives me insane! And for two my dad is going to get mad at me if I leave him he says its going to hurt his feelings and my bros wont have a sister. So I want to know whats wrong with me? And like when I am talking to my mom she will say alright well I g2g or I will let you go bye, I just dont wanna hang up and she lives 4 hrs away from me. I am really Scared not sleeping in the same house as my mom and I just feel like their is no soul or happy in me. Please help me!!!! :( :( :( :(

my son is almost 6 months old. he has slept with my husband and i since birth (no ridicule please, i know it's not reccomended but it works for us). lately he wants to play at bed time and no matter what i do he won't settle down. my husband says put him in the crib until he falls asleep but it breaks my heart to think he would cry himself to sleep. is it something i should try or do you think he's not ready to "cry it out"?

You know there id a LOT of minors on here tlaking about getting or being pregnant. What in the hell? Are you serious. Having a baby is a great responsibility. It is not fun and games this is a human life that a child themselves can't handle. There was a little girl up here 13 with 2 kids. Where are her parents? Here's a reality check get an education, a CAREER (not mc donalds) and a LIFE then try for a family when your married. Your wasting your whole life because you want to make some baby suffer. ( not for those who got pregant under other cir.) If you get offended then this message is for you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why so many people got offended from my last question...yoiu think I want to hurt him? Do you think I actually did this on purpose? People don't have to be so rude when they answer questions and say something like this: "I don't know whats wrong with girls these days they would rather have someone treat them like a dog than someone treat them like they should be treated." Yes that is true fro some girls today, but that's not true for me ok? I know I should be respected and not be told "I love you" by some guy who just wants sex. Have you ever watched it yourself? Besides being incredibly shallow with its focus on looks, clothes and boys, I turned on the TV one morning and it was on. There were two of the girls abducted by a brawny bad man who was out to steal the jewelry off of the evil barbie twins' mother and he left them tied up in a cave with a crossbow pointed at them. One of them said here's how we'll get loose, we'll struggle and set off the device and the arrow will strike the medallion I'm wearing around my neck and the medallion will stop the arrow from killing me and then we can get loose from these ropes. The other one said oh, no, but went along with it.

out of five i know (friends and friends of friends), three of them already lost their baby during pregnancy..
im pregnant five months and healthy. im not doing anything that will be bad for the baby and has no plans of doing anything that will harm him
but i cant help worry that i might lose mine. this is my first baby.

My daughter is 5 years old. She is starting kindergarten in a public school this year due to the fact that I cannot afford private schooling, and I do not have time to homeschool due to my two jobs(I am a single parent of two).

My concern is that at 5 years old she can already count as high as she pleases, she can add single and single/double digit numbers, she can subtract single digit numbers, she knows the phone numbers and addresses of almost everyone we know(some of which I don't even know the numbers), she is doing 1st Grade workbooks, and can read simple books(as well as some with up to 6 letter words). She is very advanced for her age and I would like to know if there is anything that I can do to esure that she is learning new things in school. I am afraid that she will get bored and in turn dislike school. I would like to see her advance at a level that is appropriate for her learning abilities. Has anyone else experienced this, or does anyone have any advice??
