i am breastfeeding my three month old son. my period has not come back yet, but for two and 1/2 days i have been lightly spotting. what could this mean? is this normal? could i be pregnant?

OK so i know at a certain time in pregnancy you shouldnt sleep on your belly and you shouldnt sleep on one of your sides... which side is it? Are you aloud to sleep on your back? When should you start following these rules? I'm 4 months btw!

Well ok Im not sure if i should worry yet because my period jumps from week to week anyway but usually its about 2-3 days late maybe 5 at the most. I went from starting on the 10th to the 13th and then to the 9th in these past few months...but i still havent started for this month (july) at all yet...please let me know if i should freak out or just play it day to day???

I am still as sick as a dog. I am 4 months along ( Due Dec. 13th) with my 2nd child. I am throwing up 1-4 times a day. If this is not your first child, how do you deal with your other kids while throwing up? Any ideas on how to make your self feel better. Ginger ale dosen't work. The thought of drinking it makes me feel like throwing up.

Do you think the problem is the heat. It is 11:03 AM) PST and it it 100 degress right now. It is suppose to be 111 and higher all week thru next. ( I live in Redding, Ca. Which is about 200 miles north of Sacramento, CA)

Any ideas will be helpful!

I have a 6 month old son, we have a daily routine that goes eat, activity, sleep, mommy time!! But here is the problem, I am coming up short on the activity part. We read books do tummy/crawl time, exersaucer time- if you counted that is only three things!! His schedual repeats about 6 or 7 times in a day I need more activities please.

They understand that he is away for awhile. Fortunately, his family makes sure I still get to see them, but everytime I do, they ask why he's gone and when he'll be back. This makes me think that their mom hasn't really talked to them about it. I understand she is trying to protect them, but I don't want them to think he just left them. I've told them he had to go away for awhile but he misses them very much. He has written them a couple letters and I encourage them to draw pictures that I send to him. I want to talk to them about it so they understand that daddy is not bad, he just made a mistake, but I don't want to do anything that their mother wouldn't approve of (she and I don't talk so I don't really know how/if she's addressed it). Should I just leave it as is and hope the year passes quickly?

I weigh 120 and i'm a veggeterian. I want a 6pac so girls will like me and so i can have confidence. What can i do to get a 6pac? I don't want to eat meat cause i love animals and thats why i became a veggeterian in 6th grade 4 years ago. So how can i get a 6 pac? Be specific don't say just exercise say what type of exercise.
