I want to get pregnant please help me?

Question

My period is always regular it comes on the 7th and ends on the 10th of every month. How can i get pregnant? I am married me and my husband want to start a family. Thank you for your answears

I can recommend some sites to help you track your fertility and to give you some pointers to boost your chances of getting pregnant. Once you know when you are ovulating, have sex every day or every other day during that time from. Also, lay on your back with a pillow under your hips for about 20 - 30 minutes after sex - this helps gravity get the swimmers where they need to go. Good luck!

It's great that you know your cycle and it is regular. It should be pretty easy to figure out the fertile part of your cylce. Your body produces fluid during the time of the month that you are fertile. I know it sounds gross, but you should notice it between 14 and 20 days after your period. If it's fertile it will be really stretchy and white or clear. You ovulate on your peak day of fertile fluid which is when it will be the strechiest. One or two months of observing that should give you a good idea and that fertile time is obviously when you should have sex. If it is several days long it's a good idea to have sex every other day instead of every day because that allows the sperm count to build up. And FYI sperm ARE swimmers, they do not need any other help besides your fertile fluid to get where they need to go. Putting your legs up in the air for 20 minutes won't really help, they don't need it. Best advice I've heard when trying to get pregnant? RELAX! and enjoy yourselves and eachothers company.

Try using an ovulation predictor kit. They sell them at Dollar Tree. You can also try having sex every other day starting from the day you end your period until your period is due again. If that doesn't work you might want to ask your Dr. about what steps to take next. I never had any problems getting pregnant until this last time. My Dr. ended up putting me on Clomid and it took 3 months after that. I know when you are ready to have a baby you don't want to wait months to get pregnant, so talk to your Dr. sooner than later. It wouldn't hurt to have a checkup anyway. Good luck!

To get pregnant you must have sex on a day that your eggs are being released.

After the 3rd day from the day that menses started put a thermometer into your mouth and check your body temperature every morning before you start turning in bed. The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. You will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that your eggs are being released. If you want to get pregnant this is the day that you must have sex. Tell your husband to ejaculate on his inward thrust so that the sperms will shoot deep inside.

After having sex you must stay in bed for about 30 mins with your knees bent up with a pillow under your buttocks so that the sperms will not pour out - to enable them to travel up.

Get your husband to save his sperms in the testacles for at least 5 days before sex to enable them to mature well to do their job.

You should go to a website like put in ovulation calculator in a search or something... babycenter.com has one I know. But usually you ovalate about 14 days after your period begins. That's when you want to have sex... but try one of those sites, it's different for every woman! Good luck!
