I am a stay at home mother and I can't go as far as to use the bathroom without my 20 month old screaming for me to pick her up.

Im 39 wks prg. The baby is supposedly head down and I have this feeling of extreme pain when the baby moves likes its scratching, clawing at my cervix. It almost like a knife being stuck there. I have it for weeks now of and on...What is that?

im 13 wk pregnant. im still not lookin pregnant and still am not having any symtoms. some ppl notice my belly . but i think it just gets bigger because i eat. then the next day its small again/
i know the baby is ok, i just listened to teh heartbeat on the doppler

I'm 19 yrs old. My cycle is 31 days long. My last period was June 14. I did a online ovulation calendar and it said I would ovulate at the end of June. But usually when I ovulate I can tell because i get mild cramping on one side. So I went to get an ovulation predictor at CVS. I didn't start ovulating till the July 5th. My expected period was July 15th & it's already the 18th. My breasts are starting to get sore, & the ring on the outside of my nipples are getting bigger. And I've been really sick alot lately. But I've also been under alot of stress & usually always am. But that's never delayed my period. I've taken 3 pregnancy tests since the end of June & till my expected period day & they've always showed negative. My periods are regular too. Do you think since I ovulated later that it's still too early to tell? But also I was in the emergency room the other night but they ran a urine sample to make sure I wasn't pregnant still, but they didn't do a blood test. Am i pregnant?

WENT TO THE DOCTOR FRIDAY- HE SAYS "YOU REALLY WANNA KNOW", I SAID YES! HE SAID "ITS A GIRL, NAW I JUST KIDDING ITS A BOY." Please give me information on what to do or how to help my friend. A friend of mine is continually having issues with her son. He doesn't want to follow the rules of the house and every time she gets on him or his step dad gets on him about doing something he want to get mad. He constantly runnin away from home just to go over his father house. (he can do what he wants over there) He has been in trouble in the streets over and over again. She has done all she can do and don't know what to do any longer. She also took him to counseling. (ordered by the court) When counseling completed, he went back to his same old selfish ways. He has been caught with dope and driving someones elses vehicle twice. She feels guilty as a mother b/c she feels as if she didn't raise him right. I told her there is only so much she can do. If he doesn't want to follow the rules in the home, he need to get out and provide for hisself. She agree but any one who has a child knows that is easier said than done.

My daugther is almost 6 months old. She started solids at 4 months. What are the genreal guidelines of when she can eat finger foods? A lot of books say 8 months, but that seems kind of old. Kylee can sit without support now, can get on hands and knees with stomach off of ground, but can't crawl in that position yet, can pull herself up to a standing on knees position, has a great interest in eaitng my food, has started using the sippy cup (not too good at it yet), can swallow her pureed food with ease, and wants nothing more than to feed herself.
She has everything she needs to use teething biscuits (according to the back of the box), so why can't she start solids till 8 months?
Are there any other guidelines?
Yes, I should talk to the doctor and will, just wondeing what everyone else has done and if it is ok for me just to give her a tiny piece of banana or something to see what she will do with it.

at my high school it is horrible! i am one of the very few teens that hardly do anything wrong such as drugs, skip class, talk filthy and have sex all the time. nowadays kids act like ur not cool unless u do those things. well haven't they ever thought that some people want to take care of themselves and be responsible? i just can't stand the fact that NO BODY CARES WUT HAPPENS TO THEMSELVES NEMORE! its really hard topick friends too b/c at my school EVERY BODY is bad! people all the time try to pressure me into having sex with my b/f Corey. Sure me and him might want to sometimes because we love and are attracted to each other but we want to wait till marriage because we know that its not right. it is just really hard to have a long relationship like mine and corey's with all the pressure! corey's best friend laughs at us cuz we haven't had sex yet!!!!!!!

I asked her why she should be able to go and this is the response that I got..."Because I only get one of these in this grade" is that a good enough reason?? i dated this guy off and on for 3 years we got pregnant and he was unfaithful and deceitful. and for a year now hes wanted to date me again and start a family... but hes still really imature. his son is 7 months when he takes off on a trip with his family for 2.5 months, comes back and wants his son to stay over night... i feel that the father has been gone too long and hes not familiar enough to stay over night without his mother... and in another two days the dad will be leaving again for another 3 weeks... am i being overprotective or is my discomfort merited?

Last year my good friend, Jenn, and I were both pregnant and due 6 days apart. Our children are now 8 and 7 months old. Another good friend of ours, Angela, is now 4 months pregnant. About 2 weeks ago I found out that I am pregnant with my 2nd child. Lo and Behold today Angela and I found out that Jenn is pregnant as well....How weird is that? Anyone else pregnant in groups????

A good friend of mine is having a small party for her son and I am not sure what is appropriate for the boy. Although I have met him on a few occations (his younger sister and my son play), I have never spent any time with him so I do not understand the Autism. I think abortion is only right in one way, that is if the mother and the child are both gonna die. Other ways it is just wrong, if you spread your legs and get pregant then dont want it well you shouldn't of spread your legs in the 1st place. If you get raped and get pregant then give it up for adoption. If the baby is gonna have a diffomation then who cares it is still a human. If you are gonna be the only one dieing during child birth oh well I personally would rather have the baby live than me. Maybe I dont believe in abortion cauz i love little kids, and if I did get raped I would keep the child beacuz I love little children so ya, but I dont understand y people would actually abort their own children that has part of of YOU!!! Well I am just wondering who believes in abortion and who doesnt! And if u do then u better give a real good reason y!!!

Would you rather go to college in the same city you live in, which has no open daycares, home providers, or babysitters for your son OR go to college in a city that is 40 mins away from your home, but has an open spot for your son in an early head start?
