Just give it a good 'how's your father' with a Lysol product, it will surely be as sanitary as drinking from the school water fountain.
Kids...dirty buggers!

Install a lock on the outside of the bathroom door out of his reach. If it is any consolation... I hear tell that the toilet water in McDonald's has fewer bacteria than their ice!! Food for thought. oh and also, keep the toilet very clean!!!!!

lock the bathroom door from the outside (or inside if you have the kind you can open with a toothpick) so he can't go in there by himself. Or get one of those cheap latches and screw it in so u can lock the door from the outside. Basically fix it so he does not have access. Also put bowl of water on the floor in the kitchen like for a doggie or kitty and often they will drink that - they love to pretend to be doggies or kitties.

put a bar of ivory soap in the tank, he will taste the soap and not want to do this anymore, if not soap then vinegar in the tank for a few days this will kill germs and taste awful to him!
