I would like to get answers only from women who have experienced pregnancy please. I would like to know if there is a way i can quickly reduce swelling in my feet and ankles. I've tried wrapping them in ace bandages and in ted stockings, i've tried soaking them in warm water, and in cold water. I've tried ice packs, i've tried elevation. They all work but not for long enough, if I start moving around or sit with my feet not up for 15-30 minutes, they start getting swollen again. I swear right now I think they look like a couple of balloons. They are huge. They hurt so bad. It hurts my ankles when I stand. My knees are also swollen. So if you have any ideas at all of what I can do to keep the swelling down that doesn't involve me keeping them wrapped or in water or elevated 24/7 PLEASE let me know. thank you.
