I would say any woman who has a monthly period can get pregnant although, if she weighs 300 pounds, I don't think it would be healthy for her or the baby.

I am a big girl not huge but i got a lil belly lol and they watch my blood pressure and sugar and junk like that they also give you vitamines to help you i mean other than prenatal.. ask a docotor if you are EXTREMELY huge and wanna get preg to see if you will be ok

Yes, Of course.
Any woman that ovulates can. as long as she has a period she can. Of course it will be a lil bit harder because of the factors of weight and health. I know of some women 360+ having babies. Good Luck....

i'm going to say most likely, as long as they have a functioning uterus.
since obesity often causes stress to other organs of the body (i.e. heart, lungs, kidneys, etc) it may cause additional problems.
if you are obese and are thinking about having a baby, you might want to discuss this in more length with your GYN/OB

Sure, as long as they have an accessible vagina, viable eggs and someone to impregnate them by natural or artifical means, and can carry a baby to term. Why not?

Yes, but would be considered a high risk preg. because of weight they are at a higher risk for high blood pressure which is dangerous for fetus.
