Ok, if you know the sex of the baby you are probably over 20 weeks so yes, you can feel him kick now and it will feel a little strange but not like anything else you have ever felt. The baby is not very strong or big yet so the kicks will be light but just you wait!
They say a baby is on a bit of a schedule, sleeping, playing etc while inside so yes, it would make perfect sense for the kicks to occur the same time each night.

Both of my pregnancies were boys and I felt the kicking start between 16 to 18 weeks. I always felt the kicking more at night. It felt weird with the first pregnancy - almost like I had a zipper inside me that was unzipping - like a pulling or tugging. With this recent pregnancy it was just like little spasms in the beginning and a tightening feeling on the right side all the time. There is nothing like it in the world then to feel life.

your probably feeling muscle spasm, ur body adjusting to making room for the baby to grow, you will feel little flutters, but no kicking until ur about 4-5 months along when all bone structure is fully developed, then you'll feel the kicks some will hurt and other will feel like you been goosed

i'm 20 weeks and just started feeling the same thing also a boy and also when i'm in bed at night. so yeah i'd say what your feeling are the kicks. because your only early u don't feel all the movements, the reason ehy u only feel them at night is because your body is resting, and not making any other movements that would take over the feelig of your bub,
good luck darls.

It depends how early you are. It most likely isn't your baby kicking quite yet though. You'll know when it is! I remember when I was pregnant I thought every little movement in my tummy was the baby but it was gas etc. It is such an exiting time but you'll never forget the first real kick.

Depending on how far you are...
If your still only in your first trimester the baby is kicking but you will not feel it...
Beyond 16 weeks you can felt slight twinges...
Beyond 22 weeks you can see movements...
So its unlikely that you will feel anything just yet! But congratulations!
