I have been taking prescribed xanex for 7 days and my period is 7 days late. I am concerned about the possibility of a birth defect if I just became pregnant.

My husband is always worried that he is being to mean or hard on our daughter. For he is always worried that when he punishes her that he is hurting her because she cried. I tell him that he isn't doing anything wrong its just normal for them to cry because they don't like to get punished. What can I do to make my husband feel more comfortable about punishing our daughter?

he absolutly despises laying on his tummy. he acts like he wants to stand, but has no interest in crawling. what can i do to help encourage crawling?

Isn't it child abuse? At what age would it be appropriate to call Child Protective Services?
My husband told me that a guy he works with has an 18-month old and they started washing his mouth out with soap when he backtalks. Now I am so mad and I want my husband to do something about it, because at that age I think that it's just wrong. Maybe I should do something about it.

we are trying to have a baby. I am having little, but not painful cramps. should i be worried? I don't know if i'm pregnant yet.
i am going to see my doctor as soon as possible, but i was only wondering if i should be worried??

also not to gross anyone out, But i am alittle constipated. I know constipation is one of the signs of pregnancy. I read it in a book.
should i be worried about the cramps if i'm pregnant????

I'm 40 weeks pregnant was due yesterday..and this is my first baby. I've been having what I think could be contractions,but was wondering if anyone can give me their opinion before I do anything. I've been having pains every like 5-10 minutes that feel like menstrual cramps for the past hour and a half. My water hasn't broke and there's been no blood,so I'm not sure what to do because I heard those are signs of true labor.And the pains only last about 15 seconds.I was told on Thursday that I am dilated 2 centimeters and thinned out to 80%..What should I do??
