The first four weeks of pregnancy are the time between your last period (when you *weren't* pregnant) and the first missed period (when you probably don't *know* you're pregnant). You *can't* have any signs of pregnancy until the last 5-6 days of this time, and few women have any signs then, either. If you *do* have any signs of pregnancy during that time, it is usually nausea and breast and/or nipple tenderness.

I was always extremely tired and weak and every time that I got home from work I had to take a nap. I always felt as if I had a stomach virus and I was nauseated all the time. Nothing that I took relieved the symptoms. In the morning, while brushing my teeth, I would always gag and sometimes vomit yellow stuff. Most of all I was extremely moody and had a serious attitude all the time! A couple of weeks after noticing the symptoms and having an almost non existent period I went to the doctor and found out that I was 7 weeks pregnant

I always get a little breast tenderness before my period, but when I got pregnant with my son, my breasts were very very sore. Even the lightest touch would make me yell in pain. That's how I knew for sure that I was pregnant. Two weeks later, I had a positive test.

i had morning sickness, mood swings from the get go, tired, swollen breast. a little trick i heard from an elderly woman, if you roll over the father, or your man, in bed, he will have the morning sickness, not you. good luck!

I don't know that hunger should be felt that early... mostly it is missed period, sometimes cramping, heavy breasts, nausea, possibly vomiting... but you really need more hormone to feel sick.
