An anti-Judeo-Christian ritual?

BEFORE giving me the knee jerk reaction hear me out first.

I understand that the Presidential candidates can not appease or make themselves available to everyone that wants to interview them. This being said, it isn't like Sean is a small potato’s talk show host looking to gain a name for himself. He is a legitimate political personality who has people from the right and the left on his show. Yet, Hillary can make the time to drop in on lesser shows who would be "friendly" to her. Sean has offered her the WHOLE time on the show. Would this not be a huge advantage for her to relay her message to such a large base of people? She has been trying to “paint” herself to be more conservative over the past few years so, why wouldn’t she want to address a conservative base? Does she have a lot to hide… or is she afraid that Sean will ask her all those really tough questions to answer?

I posted this same question earlier and just got a bunch of crap from partisan people about why their party is better than the other. It was pointless, not at all what I was looking for. So once again, and this time lets turn on our brains here and come up with a unique response, not some regurgitated response from Bill Marher, Rush Limbaugh etc etc... What do YOU think the difference between liberals and conservatives is.

Dont you want to fight?
Dont you NEED to fight?
You must be comfortable in your home, I know I am, I make good money, drive a nice car, I have a great family, I dont want those things to just go away. When are you going to say the hell with those things, they dont matter anymore without a proper government.? Your laziness will ensure victory for "our government" thanks for your time.

Now I understand one individual doesn't represent the majority (hence I'm a Democrat) but today I was talking to someone who claimed to be a Conservative, and he said he was fine with abortion as long as Liberal's babies were aborted. As people who stand for freedom and liberty, does this bother you?

I think many progressives, like myself, see ourselves as part of the human race, then as American. Maybe that is why it is easier to see the global impact when our elected government injects it's influence in other world regions, whether by policy or war.

Thoughts?

So on one side of the table is a Neo Con and on the other side is a Conservative

What are three things they agree on and what are three things they disagree on - Generally speaking of course

And for those of you who would want to take on the use of the term generally - Think about the definition of sociology and how it is a generalization of a populations actions and beliefs etc before you blanketly tell me generalization is wrong

by saying, " Yeah but look at what Clinton did." or " blah blah blah....Hillary.....blah blah blah." Is it because they don't know what to think or say without Limbaugh, or O'Reilly, or Hannity whispering in their ear telling them what to think or say?

Didn't they tell you that deflecting blame and attention onto the democrats only works if you are discussing the issues with a democrat?

Of course, irrational posters will equate this to a slander against the troops. These same irrational people won't admit that the troops are accomplishing their assignments. It is the political assigment itself that is the recipe for failure.

Top news story on fox is Obama not wearing his flag pin and implying he is a terror lover . I cannot believe the shallow depths they take to placate to their viewers . I guess this is hard news in right wing world . I wonder if Craig , torture , Blackwater , Iraq or any real news would just hurt the pea sized brains that watch fox ? Maybe they are doing it not to confuse them with the reality that the GOP is incompatant and only focused on greed and hate . Don't get me wrong I don't like Obama but attacking him for not wearing a pin is nonsense , maybe we should attack any Candidate who doesn't have a yellow ribbon around the antenna .

Anyone agree ? Why or why not .

I'll start.

I'm very proud to be a citizen of this awesome nation. When I say that the U.S.A. is the greatest nation in the world, I really do mean it. It's not just opinion, it's also fact.

The world envies us for our freedom, our #1 military, economy, technological advances, social advances, medical advances, schools, generous money contributions to littler countries like Israel or bigger countries like Africa. They also envy us for our success, our capitalist society, our freedom promoting ideology, and our incredible patriotism for America and our troops.

What prompted me to write this came after from celebrating Columbus Day with activities and festivals.

Americans, whether you're conservative or liberal, who will say that they're proud to be an American right now?

Another aspect of American society that I like are the intense debates between liberals and conservatives.
It shows that democracy is really working!

GOD BLESS AMERICA for She is the greatest nation!

I think if you check your history books, the Japanese Prime Minister and other leaders were convicted and executed for war crimes, despite the fact that the war was perfectly legal under Japanese law.

And, despite the fact that the US organized the trial, they were not tried under U.S. law either.

They were tried and sentenced under international law.

Hmm.
