BEFORE giving me the knee jerk reaction hear me out first.
I understand that the Presidential candidates can not appease or make themselves available to everyone that wants to interview them. This being said, it isn't like Sean is a small potato’s talk show host looking to gain a name for himself. He is a legitimate political personality who has people from the right and the left on his show. Yet, Hillary can make the time to drop in on lesser shows who would be "friendly" to her. Sean has offered her the WHOLE time on the show. Would this not be a huge advantage for her to relay her message to such a large base of people? She has been trying to “paint” herself to be more conservative over the past few years so, why wouldn’t she want to address a conservative base? Does she have a lot to hide… or is she afraid that Sean will ask her all those really tough questions to answer?

Captain... the sitting President rarely goes on these types of shows.... republican or democrat. Another uneducated response to mask the inability to answer a question.

People... Hannity does not pretend to be neutral. You can't admit it but he does give time to the other side... he does treat the guests with respect... and here is where you get confused... HE DOES NOT let anyone "glaze over an answer".
And if you can't be interviewed by someone with an opposing view and handle it... WHY IN THE HELL WOULD I WANT YOU AS PRESIDENT? As President you need to deal with many world powers that have different beliefs that we do.... will she she run from them too? I would expect a Republican candidate to be able to handle an interview with a left leaning interviewer as well. I don't want someone who is only comfortable among "friends".

So far a lot of great non-answers! All of them praising Hillary for not having the courage to face a difficult interview. Easy to see the type of President she will be and the type of followers she has.
Thanks!

Your last sentence answers your question. She would probably be asked:
-Why she voted for the war, but now is a huge critic of it, and has no clue as to what we should do now.
-Why does she want to give a $5000 savings acct. to every kid born...and why should taxpayers pay for it?
-Why should taxpayers pay for healthcare for everyone, even illegal aliens, just another gov't payout for the Dems.
-Why did she put Sandy "Buglar" on her campaign staff, when he was caught and admitted to stealing documents from the Nat. archives library, when he was on Bill Clintons staff. What are they trying to hide???
-Why does Hilliary talk about Govt spending reform, when she has earmarked the MOST money of any senator to pork barrel spending.
There are millions of reasons Hilliary wont go on a "real" talk show...and for the idiot Libs out there...there is a Dem Lib on Hannity's show too. And anyone who watches the show knows that Hannity rips the Reps. on many issues too..such as illegal Immigration and border security.
Liberals can't stand conservative shows because they have a large fan base, which most of the US is more conservative, but its a few wingnuts (see San Fran) that make alot of Liberal noise. Same reason SF nuts don't like Michael Savage,
JUST IN; (Oct 8) TERRORIST LEADERS WANT THE DEMS TO WIN..THAT SHOULD TELL EVERYONE SOMETHING! (article posted on Michaelsavage.com today)

Hillary is not trying to more conservative.
She is not even a democrat. She is a radical. You will see more of her radical ideas the better she does in the polls. She will pander to people to get their votes but in the end she is representing the fringe of the very far left.
She does not want get exposed, and Sean will expose her. The interesting thing is that Fox news is the political counter part to CNN, ABC and the rest of the main stream news. Yet you never hear a Liberal say that they are unfair.
They can celebrate Oberman and in the same breathe smear Hannity.
Has anyone ever heard oberman take on his own party? NO
Sean does it all the time. Because he is objective and is not pushing a political agenda.
He asks simple questions, like "can you an example of national health care that works". Hillary cant answer that question, because it does not exist. She wants the government to control heath care, like they do the education system.
The Hilarious thing is Hillary complains about the "vast right wing conspiracy" that does not exist. All the while slipping her agenda by the American people. It is a magians trick. It called slight of hand. Hillary does not care a bout a united America she cares about a socialized America. Quite simply that means getting rid of the capitalistic middle class

I dont think its because she doesn't want the people to hear her message, I think its more she doesn't want to get yelled at and called a socialist. The left is not fairly or accurately represented on Fox Networks and everyone knows it. (But conservatives are kindly represented on the so-called "left-wing media," over half the stories about Dubya in the 2000 election were positive, and only about 40% of the ones about Gore were positive.) So, its not fear, its intelligence. If the far left had a show like Hannity or "The Factor" where people that didn't agree with the hosts' views were made to look like retards, I doubt Thompson, Romney or anyone from the right would appear on them either.
And if you're talking about Hannity and Colmes, maybe Hillary would consider going on there if Colmes grew a pair or was actually allowed to voice an opinion more than once a year.

He's nothing special. Why should she take time out to go on a show that is hosted by someone who does little but talk over and attempt to intimidate every person he has on that doesn't agree with him? If you honestly think Sen. Clinton is afraid of a political hack like Hannity you don't know much about her. She's not afraid of anything. She's run a damn near perfect campaign so far, skipping Hannity is probably pretty low on the radar, and can hardly be a priority. She seems to be doing just fine without an appearance on his show, better than fine in fact. He'll just have to carry on with his smear campaign against her without her participation.

No, no, and no. I read what you had to say and believe you're mistaken. I'm not saying you're not being sincere; I just think you're wrong.
Sean Hannity is, well there isn't a polite way of describing the fascist manner in which he chooses to interview people. First of all, he brings on these crazy nut freaks on his show and disguises them under the banner of a liberal democrat; people who may have no association or are not supported by democrats or their party but yet call themselves democrats and are therefore paraded as someone who represents the general consensus of an entire political party.
Secondly, he tries to argue using talking points and controlled conversation; it's like watching a salesman trying to bait a potential customer into agreeing with a point that is going to help sell the product.
Third, he is rude and when confronted with an opposing political point of view becomes totally disingenuous about the beliefs and positions of the person being interviewed. Case in point: while interviewing Ron Paul (a true conservative), Hannity went to touch on the subject of Dr. Paul's explanation for the motives of terrorists at the Rep. convention. Because Paul made the logical assertion that the universal law of cause and effect is applicable to them as well as everything else in the world we could not do whatever we wanted and get away with it (touching on the fact that the CIA said that 9/11 was "blowback" from American foreign policy). Hannity, very dishonestly, went on to assert that Ron Paul would not support intervention even under the most dire circusmstances. When Ron Paul mentioned that one of the greviences of al Qaeda was the constant bombing of Iraq for more than ten years as well as the sanctions, Sean Hannity went on to assert that Ron Paul doesn't believe in upholding international law (because of Iraq's invasion of Kuwait).
He is not a legitimant political commentator; he is a pathectic excuse for retarted people's entertainment. Hillary will not go on the show because Hannity's audience is conservative and will not vote for her no matter what she says or does in the interview; so there is nothing to possibly gain. However, he will ask her pointed questions and attempt to use the interview as propaganda for the Republican base and swing voters.

Because Hannity is NOT a legitimate "political show." Fox is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Republican party and any Democratic candidate is walking into a sandbag attack, a smear festival designed only to generate video clips they can then use against that candidate. Do you really think for one second Hannity hasn't already been told by his masters to confront her with Whitewater, Vince Foster, Travelgate, and the hundred other made up lies about the Clintons?
It's not an interview show, and Fox isn't a real news organization. It's a treasonous cabal of liars who long ago sold out whatever journalistic integrity they once had.

There is still so much time left in this endless game of running for President. I'm sure she's been advised not to do conservative talk show interviews, until late next year when the pressure is much higher. I don't think she does much of anything without consulting her advisory oddsmakers.

She's a republican so she should fit right in. After graduating from high school in 1965, Hillary Rodham enrolled in Wellesley College where she majored in political science. She became active in politics and served as president of the Wellesley Young Republicans organization during her freshman year.

Hillary does not go on any program where she cannot control the questions. She avoids giving specific answers. If the american public ever found out what her real agenda is she wouldn't stand a chance of being elected. She does everything in her power to avoid detection. Once she has the democrat nomination her tapdancing will become more and more difficult once people start really holding her feet to the fire. That will be her downfall.

No reason to. She has a safe lead in the polls, so a time for her to ratchet down her public exposure. Like a football team that's ahead in the fourth quarter taking the hike and kneeling down. Running out the clock.
I don't care for her and would never vote for her but, tactically, it's the smart thing to do.
