They are hitting at Obama for not wearing a flag pin. I don't wear a pin either, but I served in the military for 6 years. However, I don't wear my patriotism on my sleeve. I don't think it matters that I served or not, or whether I display a flag or not. I still love my country, even though I disagree strongly with much of what the government does.

OK. You can currently buy crude oil futures contracts expiring in January 2010 for $71.92. Since, by then, the new Democratic administration will have exposed the Republican-backed scheme allowing oil companies to prop up their own futures prices, oil will be trading at about $20/barrel again. So buy the put options and pocket $50 bucks per contract! I swear, if I had any extra money I'd do it (though I might buy the 2011 or 2012 contracts. Us Dems ain't that smart you know. Might take the new administration a few years to figure out the obvious).

Last I looked it was Bush in charge the last 7 years, shouldn't he be somewhat responsible too?

Here is my view. Before Rush made his "phony soldier" comment, ABC News did a story of people who pretend they are ex-soldiers. The reason most apparently do so now is to criticize the Iraq war effort from a supposed insider point of view.

In an aside to a caller, Rush used the same phrase ABC News did, phony soldiers. He was later taken to task by Senator Harry Reid on the Senate floor for attacking real soldiers.

Can you present evidence that Senator Reid was correct, without resorting to name calling, using a history of abuse of prescription drugs or divorces?

I want to write a thesis about Capital Punishment. I would like to prove that race and economic status do influence public support for capital punishment. What do you think of this topic? Please give me some feedback and suggestion.

Well then Hillary Clinton supporters , why would you vote for her now that she's done the unthinkable and taken-on convicted criminal Sandy Berger as an advisor ?
He stole documents. . .not from a rival campaign office , but from The United States itself !! From ALL OF US !! Never returned them either !!

Hillary must think you're dumb . One of her campaign managers just said that they weighed the bad that they knew would come out of this , and decided to do it anyway .

Is there not one rational honest bone in your body if you continue to support Hillary ? Divisive .

It's very easy to support making illegal aliens citizens when you live in Delaware, and you don't have to deal with them. Down here in Texas, over 50% of our population is now Mexican, and a huge percentage of those are illegal. They are responsible for a large amount of crime, an amazing percentage of hit and runs (they will get deported if they stick around), and cause a lot of congestion on the roads (they drive slow, because if the get a speeding ticket, they get deported).
