They're practically the same candidate, so anything bad about Clinton is bad about Obama and vice versa. They are both the most moderate candidates around (along with Giuliani and McCain).
Except for maybe Bill Richardson, but he doesn't really count.

Bad: Hillary's a Clinton
Good: Obama's not a Clinton
Seriously though, Clinton's more militaristic according to some (not necessarily a bad thing, but I'm guessing you'll be of that opinion), while Obama's more optimistic that he can unite warring factions by sitting down and meeting with them.
That, and Hillary comes off to some as power hungry, not willing to give a definite answer in order to displease any party, and hasn't really shown much leadership in the senate (according to some, I really don't judge off of that).

Some ignorant people think that Clinton is a communist. To compare Clinton to socialist China is a very uneducated statement. Because one is against George W. doesn't make one unpatriotic, socialist, etc.
Obama brings a new level common sense with a new angle of political intellect.

Hillary has experience--more than Obama. She has had fights with her husband--more than Obama with his wife. Does this qualify her better to lead the greatest country in the world ? ABSOLUTELY NOT. By choosing to run for the top office in this land, she decided to make her life an open book and a fair political target. One previous responder said to leave her alone--well, by NOT nominating her to run for President would be the best way to do that--and I AGREE.

Hillary's bad things: Bill, her hiding Bill's involvement with Chelsea. Her hatred of privacy, especially medical privacy, and her hatred of a working individual.
I do not know enough about Obahma except IMO his wife ought to run --- for she actually has done something on her own and is not living off of others.

bad fact about Hillary - about 49% of the country will never vote for her.
Obahma - he is young and can run again in future Presidintal elections.
