Such as the power to lock up americans without habeas corpus, or the power to ignore certain laws, or the power to monitor americans phone calls without a warrant?

Or do you trust that Hillary won't do those things.

And why?

So that a handful of Americans can become even richer at the expense of the middle class . And every day as we go another billion dollars into debt, thanks to our president and the greed of a handful of his supporters, who do you think is buying up our bank notes?

And what's going to happen when they call our loans?

With the Bushes of the world as the Mr. Potters will we still have any Harry Baileys to save what's left of our country?

It won't be long before China 'legally' owns a majority of America. And they don't even have to fight a war to take it. All they have to do is depend on good old greed to sell us out.

Do you even care?

weather its Ford, Reagan, Carter, Bush senior, or Clinton former presidents, no matter how hated they were in office, seem to automatically acquire this elder statesmen status. they all are sought after for their words of wisdom and just seem to coast through the rest of their lives writting books, building houses, speaking for millions, whatever floats their boat. what will G.W. Bush's life be like when he leaves office?

We have some problems although no one will accept the big picture. America has 15 million illegal immigrants, housing market is ridiculous, globalwarming is evident everywhere. The government is not relevant to the needs of the majority because they can not even id them. The babyboomers will need healthcare and nursing facilities and who will have Social Securtiy? The police have gone tazor happy in their quest for control. Tell me what you think are real solutions?

Really think about it, do we need to be meddling in every other country around the world. Shouldn't those countries have self determination? I think he is right and we should be worrying about our own house instead of helping the multinational companies make money. We should put the USA first and if some bo honk country wants to be commies who really gives a rats ***.

With stipulations on George Bush penciling in a date for American troop with-drawl (before years end)...

Then why when she gave the year 2013 during a debate didn't the whole entire lot of elected democrat officials (Supreme Moonbat Leader's) loose their cool with her by not having them out by the end of the year like they all DEMANDED?

I really would like to understand this. Statistically, it's really Republicans who are adamant about this, but I do see Democrats as well as Independents.

Every other developed country in the world has universal health care for their citizens, they have free education (through university-level in most cases), paid sick leave and parental leave. Granted, the tradeoff for these is higher taxes... but SO WHAT?

Rather than paying $800+ per month for health insurance, you're paying a small percent of your income to be sure you have health care available to you. Rather than paying a few thousand a year for your children to go to school, it's paid for. And the kicker: to send your children to college: free (a value anywhere from 10 to 50 thousand dollars or more).

Why do we choose to work ourselves into debt when many of the costs that we incur could be paid for by an increase in our taxes? Are Americans scared of change or advancing into the modern world?

Is it really a political war between cons and libs or have the neocons managed to get us to fight with each other and ignore the real threat that they pose to our civil liberties, economic and environmental health....real conservatives and liberals have both evolved as time goes by, sometimes I have agreed more with conservatives on some issues, sometimes more with liberals...for instance, I thought Clinton should have been removed from office, not because of his affair, but because he lied to a grand jury....all my life I have respected the position of conservatives whether I agree or not, argue strongly, then go have a beet together, but lately the atmosphere has been poisoned.

With the exception of Paul supporters all they ask is ridiculous questions like what animal does Hillary remind you of and will she send us to concentration camps.

Why not back the R candidates who are kneeling to meet your needs? Rudy will appoint judges that make Thomas/Scalia look liberal. McCain and Thompson will level Iran. Romney will reverse all of his former positions just for you. Tancredo and Hunter are in a war to build the highest border fence. The bidding remains at 1000 feet. Huck and Brownback are praying for you.

What else do you need to keep you from being bitter for the next 9.5 years?

When so many of you have reached the point where you feel you have to lie, distort or deflect the truth or resort to stereotyping to defend or champion your political belief system what it this really saying about you and your political agenda?

If your political way really is the best way then why do you feel you need to lie to defend it or to win over support for it? Is defending a political belief system that requires you to lie to defend it so important that you feel you have to sacrifice having a traces of moral backbone in order to do so?

Does haveing a moral backbone mean nothing to some of you?

And isn't the level of guilt usually in direct proportion to the number of lies told to defend the act?
