Will dates be divided into a Pre-Jail and Post-Jail periods and phase out the old B.C. and A.D. thing (B.C.E.; C.E.)?

We have a government that wages perpetual wars, for the sake of waging war. People are ignorant of the past (even though the information is out there, most never seek it). People who continue to use Oldspeak and ignore the system of Newspeak (a.k.a. political correctness) are derided as "intolerant." We have televisions like in 1984 that brainwash people 24-7. We even have a Junior Anti-Sex League (which uses STDs to draw members) and organizations promoting making our draconian victimless crime laws even worse (such as MADD, SADD etc.).

Are things like in 1984?

Not everybody wraps themselves in a flag and a bible. The following quote defines some peoples' views of patriotism. What's so difficult to understand about this? I wonder what people are hiding when they wrap themselves in the flag.

"Our country is not the only thing to which we owe our allegiance. It is also owed to justice and to humanity. Patriotism consists not in waving the flag, but in striving that our country shall be righteous as well as strong. "

How can a guy running for President of a country that's involved in TWO wars list the 12 most important issues of his candidacy and NEVER mention Iraq or Afghanistan in ANY of them? If you're president of a country at war, shouldn't that be your NUMBER ONE commitment?

JFK was last good DEM Prez. I know you don't like to hear this ...... but he cut taxes. He was also the last DEM Prez to be tough on the Soviets.

Since then the DEM Party is known for Raising Taxes, gutting the military and intelligence services and embracing Hollywood Values over Middle America's.

The problem with Liberals is that they underestimate what can be accomplished by courage and resolve because these are not qualities they possess. Liberalism is a can't cant. Every task is too difficult. Every danger is too great. This is why liberals don't oppose dictators until after they've been deposed by the likes of Reagan and Bush. While tyrants are still in power, liberal lips stay firmly glued to their backsides. They are the Party of doing nothing!

The Party I support ended the Soviet Union, Ended Saddam and Ended the Taliban. In short, is spread Democracy where there was none before.Slightly more substantial than "Hey Dude, Remember when Clinton Raised taxes that time"!
