I don't understand why conservatives label anyone who's anti-Bush as liberal. Explain.

These debates are SO boring - here's a couple questions to ramp up the excitement levels...

AS PRESIDENT, YOU RECEIVE WORD THAT A FEMALE AL QAEDA MEMBER IS IN THIS COUNTRY, AND TAKING FERTILITY PILLS TO SPAWN AN ENTIRE GENERATION OF U.S.-BORN TERRORISTS. AT THE SAME TIME, SHE’S PURCHASING AUTOMATIC WEAPONS AT WEEKEND GUN SHOWS, BUT ONLY TO HUNT GAYS.

“WOULD YOU TAKE ACTION TO (A) STOP HER GUN PURCHASES, AND (B) AUTHORIZE ABORTIONS ON HER FETUSES, INCLUDING PARTIAL BIRTH ABORTIONS ON LATE-TERM LITTLE BIN LADENS?

“ALSO, ASSUMING YOU’D APPROVE THESE ABORTIONS, WOULD YOU RAISE TAXES TO PAY FOR THEM, OR TAKE THE FUNDS FROM THE ‘BODY ARMOR FOR TROOPS PROGRAM’?

I realize the war is difficult and frustrating - but making such a statement when our soldiers are on the front lines and in harms way seems like a pretty unprofessional, dangerous and utterly stupid thing to do.
Bad enough congress turns the funding of the war into a political circus and expounds policies of defeat, immediate withdrawal and, at best, set time tables for withdrawal.
But this statement from one of our esteemed representatives really takes the cake.
What are your serious thoughts on this - and, please, accept this question in the present, and don't recite reasons we shouldn't have done this or that in the past.
This is not a liberal or conservative question - it is a question concerning the inevitable results and consequences of such a callous statement coming from one of our representatives.
Any truth in this statement is irrelavent - there are numerous other avenues to advocate the position without telling the enemy the United States has lost the war.

This is not a post made in jest. The reality is that workers at all income levels are taxed way too much. And, 60% of each dollar they pay in taxes goes to "entitlements". At some point workers are going to say they are tired of having their hard earned money taken away from them and quit. Then they will join those on welfare.

When I think of Democrats, I think about people with idealistic standards, but I wonder about it in reality. Here are some examples - William Jefferson (indicted on all kinds of charges, including shaking down poor African nations and misusing assets in New Orleans that could have been helping Katrina victims), John Edwards (anti-gay comments, "uncomfortable with them" and millions made from lawsuits that we are all paying for, plus giant carbon footprint), Joe Biden (racially and ethnically insensitive comments about Indians and Sen. Obama), Rev. Jackson ("Hymie-town), Sen. Robert Byrd (KKK Klegal [recruitment director] for West Virginia KKK). So here is my question - why do you put up with this crap? Why am I so awful for being part of a different party?

During the first 100 days in office, they said *Bring the Troops home, end the War in Iraq...Oh okay..does that mean we won the War on Terrorism??? or does that mean we will send the Radical Islasmists, a white flag, a bowl of tabouli salad and
tickets to the opera?

So we just leave Iraq, Iran takes over and we stand guard at the border checking ID Cards..How can anyone think the Democratic party has a solution on anything that ails the USA when all they do, is have a tums approach to a Major Ulcer problem?

So how could you possibly be fighting in a WAR against violence?

With all the talk lately about illegal immigration from Mexico to the United States, the country of Canada has actually been inserted into the discussion.

Its been said several times lately by politicians: "if we need a fence between the U.S. and Mexico then don't we need afence along the U.S./Canadian border?"

Have you ever heard anything more ridiculous?

Is there really any serious problem with immigrants coming from Canada? Who comes from Canada? Oh yeah, Canada's best doctors, computer technicians, and actors come to the U.S.

Save the money from a border fence in the north and make the one on the U.S./ Mexico border twice as high.
