Before dementia set in around 10 years ago I would have said yes . He was a stand out speaker .
Strange but al gore has found his voice and george lost his .

Hay pee wee I don't see your sorry butt up there making a difference. You can speak, run for office, do it like Clinton did it with your fly down, what a joke, people will back an adulteress but when it come to an honest faithful person then they insult them with bloopers of there life where are your life’s bloopers pee wee I would bet they are just as funny.

As a strong conservative... I'd have to say, I liked Winston Churchill a whole lot more. And he had a lisp! ( I suspect the brandy helped.)
