Didn’t they have it all worked out before hand? Why can’t they come up with a plan?

Pretty much ever major Ohio newspaper endorsed Republican U.S. Senator Mike DeWine for re-election. If the media was liberal wouldn't they all endorse Democrat Sherrod Brown?

I'm a Liberal Democrat and I think Bush should do some serious jail time for lying us into a war for nothing. I also think he has ZERO plan for what to do after Saddam was gone. But now that he got us into that mess, we can’t just leave tomorrow. No one is saying we should.

Not John Murtha,
Not Al Franken
Not Jerry Springer
Not Keith Olbermann

None of these liberals have ever said we should just up and leave (cut an run). Why do Republicans keep lying about the people who oppose Bush?

It is clear “Staying the course” is not working. Why can’t they have an honest debate on how to resolve this mess?

I sure have. At first, it was: Bush is getting the bad guys and we're freeing the people! Then its: this is costing a lot of money, there were no weapons of mass destruction, and a lotta people are dying. Iraq has tried a democracy 3 times in the past and it has failed every time. Maybe this isn't a good idea.

But that's just me. What do you think?

Ok...

So... a lot of people insuledt Clinton. But then after the Bush administration, people started saying how good Clinton was in office. And how this war on terror wouldn't have happened if he were in office.

There are many other examples.

But my point is this...

Are there any good leaders in the world?
Or is the concept of good and bad just based on comparisons of other leaders?

Is TODAYS conservative culture, stuctured, built-up cowardly, around inability to cope with suffering of people where it's terrifying that someone can maybe be suffering and NOT AGREE with your views on things?

I guess
I mean is conservatism Today largely a way of not having any courage with other people's sufferin?g by carefully patching together for one basic refrain: "IF ONLY YOU AGREED WITH my view on things YOU WOULDN'T BE SUFFERING like this in the first place."

Isn't this like essential quality of contemporary "conservative" like- - :: personality structure or something?

I mean I don't know. You know. But like what's up with this?
Really?

What do you think?

Liberal: A confused, small minded individual or group of individuals that changes the facts every time they report them with little or no regard for the truth.

It seems that no matter what explanation people come up with for not liking Bush, they're attacked and scrutinized.

Yet if you bring up Nixon or Clinton, nobody has a problem with talking smack.

I guess this goes both ways.

But all the people that don't appreciate Bush get quite a handful of "thumb downs" and everyone that likes him get a handful of "thumb ups".

Is this just a method of patriotism?

I mean honestly,... when is it OKAY to scrutinize Bush without getting reported or accused of not being a "true American citizen"?

And please provide real answers. This is a perfectly legitimate question.

Rush who has been right on everything up to this point said that Michael must have been deliberately shaking or else didn't take his medicine for the ad where he appealed for votes for a candidate that would support stem cell research that in turn could assist with a cure for Parkinson's disease which Michael has.

My Republican party is never wrong but I'm thinking this time that Rush was a tad harsh. I'm seriously considering swithching and voting Democrat in the upcoming election.

I'm so mad at the hypocricy and the meanness I could spit!

Earlier, I asked a question of what in a president would make people happy. I soon noted that answer number 5 described me in the bestest way possible. I have been sick of relying on the Middle East for oil, tired of giving all the money to the United Arab Emirates for their oil. I for once if would be elected, would ask congress to pass a law or act that would fund scientific studies on coal. You see, in America, there is tripple the amount of oil found in the Middle East. I dream of having my country depend on our American energy, coal. Why? Because coal can be converted into a substitute for natural gas. It is also very goof for our enviorment, as it does not cause pollution like gas. It is also able to conduct electricity. This would create a cleanier , oil dependant free America. Without all this oil in mind, we wouldn't have to be going into all these wars and depend on Middle eastern countries. So, what do you say, do i have your vote?

What I mean to say isn't taking care of the poor, sick and elderly a liberal view point. And isnt the theory of war as a last resort also a liberal way of thinking.

What if a law was passed that UPHELD REPRODUCTIVE RIGHTS but, at the same time, included a formal disapproval of abortion from the legislators and president, describing abortion as an UNNATURAL OBSTRUCTION TO THE STATUS QUO OF HUMANITY, would you go for it?

It would be like smoking cigarrettes. Legal, but the govenment still pays non-profit organizations to help reduce it.

I sure would hate to find out someday that I would have to ask the Chinese to supply me with the weapons I need to defend my country. We owe those people so much money that they could destroy our economy at any time just by selling the bonds they hold. If they ever decide to nationalize the factories that have been put over there are we going to be asked to get them back for the people who sold us out to increase their profits?
