Actually, the U.S. was not attacked and was safer under Clinton. We were not attacked until a moron Republican got in office. Was he drunk that day or what? Wait. Sorry. That was during Katrina.

Giving North Korea nuclear technology and millions of dollars in fuel oil to bribe them into not pursuing a nuclear weapons program. As we saw a few weeks ago, that didn't work.
