So... a lot of people insuledt Clinton. But then after the Bush administration, people started saying how good Clinton was in office. And how this war on terror wouldn't have happened if he were in office.

There are many other examples.

But my point is this...

Are there any good leaders in the world?
Or is the concept of good and bad just based on comparisons of other leaders?

Its just this simple .
We have no good leaders and have not for a long time now .
War gets us motivated it seems and for as far back as I can recall in history some one is making a buck or two from it .
So I say lets declare war on america .
It needs a lot of repair work done everyplace i look .
Lets start by giving the homless homes .Thats right .Let them pick some boarded up piece of crap house or structure and claim it as long as they begin to fix it up .
After they have cleaned it all up as good as one can then let them get a credit card good at local hardware paint and home supply stores .These are good for materials for the property and can not be traded or sold off .We have two people per city driving around keeping track of whats going on .Instead of people going to jail on taxpayer money for free make sentences shorter and make them work it off helping others .The deal is 1 months hard labor in your home town for smoking pot or drunk driving or bad checks or whatever .If you have a family they have to come with you and help out .Cleaning up america is not so hard that anyone can not pitch in .
Plus it will probably get you straightened out if your family members have to help pay for your crimes .
They know about them and have obviously done little to help you .
Most people have some skills when it comes to repair work .And anyone can spread paint .From 30 feet away as i drive by I can not tell the differance between a proffesional painter and a weekend painter .
Its only up close that the pro's stand out .
So looking around a lot of things need some paint right of the bat .
A better looking cleaner america might make us all feel better so the drug companies will stop selling those feel good pills to everyone .
I get a little blue driving around going to work and coming home when i see and pass all the stuff that needs doing .
Lets work on america for a while and leave the rest of the world alone .
We have hole cities that need work .We have how many homes boarded up or businesses If you let something fall into that amount of disrepair you lose it to uncle sam for a fair price or some tax credits .I do not want to steal anything and if some complains and says i will fix it up they have thirty days .
I am tired of the signs missing lights or hanging or rusted or falling down .
Billboards that some one paid to advertise on falling apart making my country look like hell .
Its bad enough when the billboards are new but ten years later with no up keep they need to come ddown and nothing go back up .
I know if some one cars abut something thay will keep it up .So if yu don't care you just lose it .
I would rather pay 150,000 young americans to paint a house fix a porch or some stairs and clean up some messes then kill people overseas
If this hole country was cleaned up good then i could see us trying to spread our ways around the world .
But we just slap something up abuse it while it makes money and let it fall apart and move on .Leaving a mess behind for someone else to clean up .
I can thinl of 10 places i pass everyday and i bet you can too .
Lets fix america and we will be so busy for ten years that we will all lose wheight and forget why we ever went to war with people in the first place .
We can kick the hole thing off with a guy going around handing out million dollar checks when he finds people fixing things up .
This will motivaaate alot of people .
