Based on these two stories, I think there is no doubt:

Liberals oppose bills in several state legislatures that would require murdering doctors to first inform the mother that fetuses, specially after 20 weeks, can feel pain, and can be administered pain killers directly to "sedate" that pesky critter.

Meanwhile, with the prodding from PETA, Whole Foods (started in Austin, a liberal cest pool), has immediately stopped selling live lobsters (a brainless crustacian) out of concern that when submersed in boiling water may feel pain and may suffer, and that would be inhumane and disrespectul to the lobster.

Only in the mind of a liberal.

or like most people realize the wmd where never located where the saddham military forces where stationed we over-ran all military locations shut his military down and only found some buried wmd lefy over from 15 years ago forgotten and never part of the saddam military we whipped 4 years ago if weapons were to be used they would have been found with the troops. do not let consevatives try to spin this as prove of wmd.

You people disgust me. You are a fifth column within the country. I love how the accused Marines are automatically guilty but Saddam gets every excuse in the book.

No ****, we gave Saddam weapons. He was fighting Iran. Remember the Hostage Crisis?

He killed the Kurds. His country is filled with mass graves. He tried to assassinate a former president. I love how you giggle about that. That is an act of war. You say Abu Ghraib was torture when most people go through worse abuse just to get into a frat.

Might I add that you slander and defame Bush in this country and nothing happens to you (as nothing should). Would you have been able to say one cross word in Iraq about Saddam without being tortures and killed?

Not only are you traitors to your country, but to your party as well. Do you see great dems like FDR or Jack Kennedy siding with Saddam or apologizing for him?

The responses I got to my WMD post really made me sick. You guys sound like Saddam's defense team. More than half the country voted for Bush. DEAL WITH IT. Selling out your country won't make Kerry win.

I have to hear:
They're too old. NOT IF PROPERLY STORED.

I've guarded mass graves in Iraq. The graves of Saddam's own people. Not just the Kurds died. Anyone who ran afoul of Saddam or his cronies was tortured and executed.

Efficacy of the weapons vary. Properly stored (i.e., not hastily hidden as the invasion started) they would most likely still work. Regardless, they existed in his country and prove that Saddam was lying.

Is it possible or do you just blindly vote the party line on the basis that they MUST be right? I watched my grandfather vote democrat all his life mearly out of respect for all FDR did to help his family survive the depression. My father on the other hand has voted straight republican all his life based mearly on his career in the business world and his belief that the republicans helped him. When do you cross the party line?

People today spend to much time chosing the only 2 sides we have in government. Repuplican vs. Democat
Is the world blind to the fact that a small group of extremely powerful individuals created a 2 party system that covers all hot topics in our society(abortion, religion, taxes, death penalty). This keeps us fighting amongst ourselves and not against the higher power.

As recently as 1984, there still existed mutual respect and civility between Republicans and Democrats. Why the radical change? Why are we all so divided and combative? Was it always there but the internet and in your face media allowed the radicals of both parties to dictate party policy? I would prefer peaceful dialogue for the good of the whole country. Do you prefer the constant cat fight that politics as become?

PROVEN: Saddam used WMDs on the Kurds.

When do you liberals suppose these weapons became unusable? In the near past or distant past? I hear that this chemical is deadly still today. Does a felon get a pardon for having old bullets in his gun? Do old bullets not kill as well as new bullets? Do you liberals not understand the black and white of illegal weapons and the possession of banned weapons? Is this another grey area for you bleeding heart liberals?
