Immigrants can kill you if they shoot you with the 20 machine guns after they get "high" on the 20 kilos of heroin...

The only one that is unlikely to kill you is the 20 immigrants
All of them can be illegally imported - but the 20 cigarettes are the easiest to illegally import!
Having said that, from what we read in the press, the only one you are likely to be arrested for importing is the cigarettes

difference is cigs are a choice, immigrants are forced, heroin is supplied and guns don't kill without someone pulling the trigger. so my answer is GUNS. they can not KILL!!! the other three can kill in there own special way. the only way a gun can kill is if the immigrant buys the bullets loads the gun and pulls the trigger. but some tree-hugger is going to say "guns kill people" never seen a gun go into a place a just start shooting? has anyone ever seen that?

Disgraceful slur on immigrants, effectively saying they are all illegal and should be banned, equating them with causing harm to the body politic by association with drugs, guns and carcinogens,
