i ask the same question here in the USA, but i am sure there will some REASON we can not? shoot the illegal aliens come here and protest for whatever they want and our government bows down to them and gives in, i am so MAD about that i could well you know. i live in a Midwest city where it is almost 50/50 white to black, but go to city hall and i see just a handful of whites working there? why not 50/50 like the city is? cause that would make the city run better and the way it is run now no one knows what is going on so the place is wreck and money is LOST. but if you or I were to start a "white" group say like the NAACP is for blacks in America we would be called racist! how do you fix years of giving a handouts? like the people in Africa it seems no one ever teaches them how to FARM, they just go and give out FOOD. take the money and buy them some tools to farm with so they can grow some FOOD. then they will learn to FEED themselves and not EXPECT a handout!!!! sounds simple that's why it does not happen, people want to feel good about themselves so they have to go a give a handout to feed their ego's. they should teach them not make them in to lap dogs like is being done when they just give out FOOD and do not teach these people about birth control or how to grow/make there own food!!!! sorry about the ranting

I wasn't aware people from other ethnicity's riot, raise hell or play the race card any more then white people do. Lots of the recent stabbers were white, and ok there have been black and Asian people rioting in Birmingham, but how many riots in Northern Ireland and also soccer riots have been by white people?? Pretty much all! So white people already riot and have been doing for years!!

Try going to Leicester or Bradford for an experience of this. It scares me that because of the white minority the likes of the BNP will get votes.
People are too worried about being branded a racist if they put up any kind of resistance.

As you come across as a racist, maybe you should educate yourself, we the white person dragged the Africans, Indians etc over here, as slaves and cheap workforce, also after the war British men were scarce and we needed men to do the mens work in those days, and even though we needed them to help get the country functioning again, we treated them like crap - and due to ignorance some people still do.

don't think we should wait that long as a white in Brit i get many raciest things flung at me as i am in the minority where i stay so it works both ways also as a 9th generation Brit with a foreign sounding name see the other side to ..but as im white it doesnt count ........ so you others so fed up with this hipe from scottish exec .... country of many coultures ... NO me scot of one culture scot .... if you dont like go ...dont try to change me into culture you left ...proud of my scottish heritage and dont want it changed by the minority ...and im Not raciest everyone to thier own but not in my country

To answer the last part of the original question, there is of course absolutely no British law which states that any percentage of any company's work force should be of any specific race. But you already knew that really, didnt you, you nasty ****-stirring little racist.

NO! because then the old minoritys will say you are trying to put them down again.we have million man marchs in USA(black people)and most of us dont say anything.but if you try to do same with whites then its awfull and raciest.peoples minds are soooo shallow.
