What are you talking about? Rupert Murdoch, the OWNER of Fox News, is a well established liberal. He's organized fundraisers for Hillary Clinton, he supported John Kerry, and have you ever watched the programming on the Fox Network?

Fox News APPEARS Republican biased to you, because you're so used to the far left diatribes of ABC, NBC, CBS and CNN that anything in the middle LOOKS like it's far right.

Only if the New York Times has a disclaimer that states they are biased to the left.

I don't know how to say this diplomatically, but Fox News isn't purposely biased towards the Republicans. They aren't backing the GOP solely for an ideological reason or some hidden agenda.

The plain truth is that the democrats are usually wrong, and since Fox News is fair and balanced, their independent news analysis simply comes to the logical conclusion based on each issue, which happen to correspond to the Republican viewpoint.

I would like you to update your question and tell us if you ever watch Bill O'Reilly. I initially started watching Fox News because someone (a raving liberal..... and when I say raving, I mean it literally) told me that "Bill O'Reilly lies. He just lies". I spent the next year trying to make him give me instances of these "lies". He would get on all the uber-liberal blogs and try to assert that Bill mislead his viewers, but he was invariably wrong.

One argument against your bias assertion is that Bill O'Reilly gives each guest "the final word". No matter how vehemently Bill disagrees, he doesn't try to muzzle opposing points of view (Sean Hannity does that enough for both of them.....yes, I try to be fair and balanced myself).

Also, Bill O'Reilly gives an OPEN INVITATION to people with whom he very strongly disagrees. He presents a fair and balanced analysis. If you don't agree with him, you are free to agree with the guests he has on the show.

What could be more fair and balanced than that???

No more than NBC, ABC, CBS and CNN should have a disclaimer about them being a liberal biased news source.

If NPR will run disclaimers stating it is a liberal biased news source.

Actually perhaps Fox should get paid by the Republican Party for all the free ads.

Yeah its getting really bad. I was watching the presidental press conference on Fox New just out of curiosity, and the ticker on the bottom that give you updates on what he's saying was completely skewing his words to make him look like mother theresa or something. Something needs to be done!

Not unless other media outlets (like the new york times) state that they are liberally biased.

Nope. Should CNN/ABC/CBS have the same disclaimer that they tend to lean toward a more liberale agenda?
