would that change you opinion on Bush?

Right now, I have him as a greedy republican, whos been very clever to loophole his way through his administrations unscaved, accept for poll numbers that wont daunt him the least.

But, I will say this, if it comes to light that Chenneyes been running the show, andBush was chenneys little puppet -- well, that would change my impression completely.
I respect bush to the point hwere I see him as a terrorist..willing to do and sacrfice anything for his view point..which is distorted.

But if it surfaces that hes chenneys little errand boy, well that takes him into a whole new realm of idiocy.
Almost to a point we could alomt refer to him as an idiot sevante', but then he would need a few more brain cells to be called retarded in every sense of the word

should utilities such as garbage, water, gas, and electric be ran by the government since regulations can be upheld and the sanitary issues Oakland faces now (and for the past four weeks) be avoided? This would allow for uninterrupted services.....?!?!?

Did anyone see Mr. Moore on MSNBC today? I am not going to bash him totally, I agree healthcare needs an overhaul BUT...

He said that HMO's are in business to save their shareholders money by spending as little as possible. I understand he's a liberal so he's used to spending other people's money, but isn't saving money a good thing? This statement is the exact reason I don't want the government managing my healthcare! Spending, spending, spending is not the answer. Haven't we proven that with every other program the government manages? From wellfare to public schools. I don't want people who need care to go without either, but you need checks and balances. Most insurance companies do a fine job and provide great service, especially compared to any government program.

I would like Moore to do a documentary in those countries with gov. health care, the public is not satisfied in those instances either.

I would normally have said the Dems but with Bush in power the Republicans are just as bad if not worse.

And who will stand up to these terrorists before they kill thousands more innocent people in Iran and other "targets" in the Middle East. It is a shame that the people of the United States have to put up with such jerks as those that lead our nation. We could do so much better.

I just want to know how it is that Jesus (who I do not believe in ) who taught peace love and charity always ends up married to a gun in America ?

Yes in Canada we all said "Praise the Lord and pass the amunition" - but should we have gotten past the hypocrasy and cognitive dissonance of the by now ?

Barry Bond's lawyer Michael Rains said this statement about Bonds perjury allegation in the steroid investigations.

"This investigation is based on the political considerations of this [presidential] administration," Rains told the Mercury News. "The BALCO case is a legacy of Bush, and it is a catastrophic failure -- legally and from a public-relations standpoint."

What is the basis for his allegation that this is a "legacy for Bush"? Wouldn't it be a negative for Bush since he was the owner of the Texas Rangers during the "steroid era"?

How is it that we fight terrorist in the middle east the keep from fighting over here? I dont understand, We're up aganist millions who are willing to strap a bomb to there bodies just to kill a hand full of americans, or anyone that doesn't agree with there way of life. To me thats an unstoppable force especailly when these people are being brainwashed into believing that killing all outcast of there religion is the right thing to do. I deployed to iraq for 15 months, and i honestly don't know weather is a good idea to stay or go but i don't understand how us being there will keep them from comming here, thats like an invite.

It seems of late that Freedom of speech is going out the door. That we can say anything we want as long as we don't offend someone. You can speak your mind just don't let anybody here you. This seems to be a very slipery slope, any thoughts on this current trend?
