biden said he looked like he was unfit to own that gun.

Biden killed any chance of me liking him on that one. That is a constitutional right and I cannot vote for anyone who would think it is a mental illness to want to enjoy your rights.

You can sue anybody for anything at anytime. It doesn't necessarily mean you will win the lawsuit.
