Just some terrorists who live there. Not a lot of ties.

Well, there are a lot of terrorist in Iraq, including some who like to call themselves "Al Qaeda in Iraq" just in case there's any confusion among foreigners who might think they're not in Iraq, or not Al Qaeda.
