I recently read that Bush pulled out of the ICC in the Hague and want to know more. It is my understandind that the ICC doesn't condone the death penalty and that they coincide with our constitution plus go much further in advocating Human Rights than the U.S. Is our President a war lord? In what other ways is he in cahoots with suppressing the growth of our world?

The huge surge in black immigration to the UK from the West Indies in the 1950s was of hard-working Christians of low education. They got fairly menial jobs and could only afford to live in the poorer areas of our cities.

The sudden influx of poor people, identifiable by their skin colour, caused resentment; the black community was marginalized. Their children went to inner-city schools and got failed to achieve. They became increasingly resentful of their perceived discrimination and saw authority figures, particularly the police, as their enemies. In the early 1970s we had a lot of disenchanted young black youths who saw that their only way of achieving any sort of wealth was through crime. Virtually all muggings in London at one time were by black teenagers.

Now crack cocaine offers new opportunities. The proceeds are huge and the competition is stiff and there are vast numbers of firearms in circulation from the former Soviet Union.

It’s all come home to roost.

The European Commission gathered about 50 meteorologists and television weather presenters on Friday and encouraged them to spread the word about how the public can curb climate change. The Commission says turning off lights, installing energy-efficient bulbs, recycling waste and insulating houses are ways the public can reduce greenhouse gas emissions, which are blamed for heating the earth and melting glaciers.

I get the impression that there are alot of republicans who only watch Fox News ( aka Neocon News Network ) and listen to Rush Limbaugh. Democrats aren't uninformed, they just don't care what their party does ( everything goes ). Republicans are either uninformed or very much in denial.

Painting with a very broad brush, it seems to me that if a Conservative MP is involved in a scandle, it tends to be about sex or money. Whereas, with Labour MPs, it tends towards power/graft/money.

Now, would you prefer to be governed by a party that likes a bit on the side, or one that wants and seeks control and power?

People like OBama should not comment about the war in Iraq as Obama has not been debriefed to the highest level and does not understand army protocol or procedure regarding iraq.I was told about many mistakes being made by the armerican army (Unorganised) ?Trying to use large vehicles in the small streets in iraq ,getting vehicles stuck between buildings and now you know why so many america soldiers are dieing in iraq as all the equipement in the world cannot beat a good army trainer. So i say to america leave the real fighting to people with experience and planing like the English army and australian army.So you americans can keep Obama and your TV presenters and movie crap as Aussies do things properly and dont whinge when the works to hard.American fools.

It appears to me, that with the money spent on the war in Iraq, we could at least use some of that money for drug interdiction...or does the US Government really want it stopped, at least at the upper echelons of interdiction?
