People like OBama should not comment about the war in Iraq as Obama has not been debriefed to the highest level and does not understand army protocol or procedure regarding iraq.I was told about many mistakes being made by the armerican army (Unorganised) ?Trying to use large vehicles in the small streets in iraq ,getting vehicles stuck between buildings and now you know why so many america soldiers are dieing in iraq as all the equipement in the world cannot beat a good army trainer. So i say to america leave the real fighting to people with experience and planing like the English army and australian army.So you americans can keep Obama and your TV presenters and movie crap as Aussies do things properly and dont whinge when the works to hard.American fools.

Speak for yourself Howard is getting way to big for his boots hes been hanging around with Bush way to long he would do well to remember he is the leader of Australia and he is not doing a very good job of that either.Bring on Kevin Rudd our next Prime Minister.

Our prime minister Mr Howard really should have kept his big trap shut, he had no right to publicly interfere with American politics
he has effectively embarrassed the Australian nation with his petty remarks and you have embarrassed your self with your remarks on the American army also. We are no better trained than theirs and we have less people in the armed forces. None of us are in a position where we can pass insulting judgement on the other, with the exception of the lady who's husband is serving overseas.

And for the record, no I do not support the war but I am mature enough to have respect for all those who are over there fighting and their loved ones left behind.

Obama should be singing Howard's praises. Not many freshman senators get to trade media barbs with important foreign leaders.

"leave the real fighting to people with experience and planing like the English army and australian [sic] army" ? ? ?

I agree completely. Send them on over.

thanks, but as a wife of an australian army member, i am pretty happy that we do not have more of our defence members over in iraq. get off your high horse.

howard is an arsekisser who loves bush. that doesnt mean he has the right to try to influence politics in america. he should keep his nose out of it. what are the relations between our countries going to be like now if obama does win by any chance?

Leave the real fighting to people with experience and plan[n]ing like the English army and the [A]ustralian army?

GLAD TO!!! You be sure to have Howard announce that he and England are planning a troop surge that will allow the Americans to go through with our staged withdrawal without having to worry about the fate of the Iraqi people. THANKS!

Otherwise, he is welcome to shut up.
