The rules are orqae and complex for GATT actually about 30,000 its lower traiffs which is good for the comsumer. Lowering traiffs results in cheaper prices for comsumers, but procuders will lobby goverment if it hurts thier business, or goverment see producers going out of business then the goverment will lose out on tax dollars. More open trade benefits all but thier are trade-offs with trade, "The devil is in the detials with trade agreements"?

Seriously, there are none.

The reason there are none is that GATT much like other free trade treaties, have no stipulations enforcing labor laws.
