Great Questions. As a Pakistani I have nothing against India at present. we should all accept that time changes. Past was Past and one should not base his future on Past. Lets Start with Kashmir. Lets try to support our governaments to unite kashmir and try to develop a consensus that kashmir Issue should be resolved. Lets us not waste our future on the mess in the past.
we can be united as Europian Union.
And one should openly tell people like Mr Mahal, who live in the adventure of hatred that they are wrong and they are biased.Even if they are of your own race and country.
Mr Mahal have more than 12000 points but it seems he has a brain of a nut. On Dozens of examples he is gernalizing billions of muslims.and he hates it. How fair is he..

East and West Germany never fought each other. India and Pakistan have.
East and West Germany were generally one culture with a very mild religious divide, one that did not define the difference between East and West. India and Pakistan have a much wider gulf to bridge culturally and religiously than the Germans and those differences are what makes them distinct peoples.
East and West Germany's division was imposed by the outside by military conquest. India and Pakistan's divide was caused by internal divisions within the Indian subcontinent.
India and Pakistan are FAR less likely to reunite than Germany ever was. I expect to see a reunification of Ireland first and possibly Korea before a reunification of Pakistan and India.

If we can live like good neighbours, that itself will be a big achievement. Even for that lot of maturity is needed among the rulers of both these countries. When the created and nurtured animosity among people is only guaranty for some smaller men who exist in power or lime light, even peace among these two couturiers is not easy.

Pakistan has a lot of Muslims, and Muslims don't unite with anyone. They kill you and take your land. I hate to be so negative and generalize about a group of people, but there are a dozen examples of that happening right now and dozens more in the recent past.

both are sons of the same parents... they should live peacefully with each other forgetting religious affinities...
i think the general public do not have any specific prejudice... the politicians and religious fanatics are making all out efforts to keep worthless disputes alive so that they may fulfil their evil desires and make money...
both the countries need mega-changes in the politicians and their attitude...
