You raise a good point Moorglade! To it you can add people who don't use the tollway system, restaurants, hotels, etc.
Come to think of it, the only thing that I can think of that doesn't pile on with a lot of user taxes, etc., is vending machines. Everything is included in the price of the product you buy, whether it be a condom or a can of soda !

That is probably next.I smoke and have had to cut way back do to all the taxation,and pressure.I never lit up in a closed area always go outside away from people but that isn't good enough.

No. That's 'tax avoidance' which is legal, not 'tax evasion' which isn't. They have chosen not to do these things and therefore avoided paying the tax.
