Discrimination in the workplace and wrongful termination?

Just wondering because it's usually issues like homeland security, immigration, social security, healthcare, economy, education, environment talked about on their websites...which it's great that they address those, of course.

I'm curious which party would be the best and most honest in working to fight workplace discrimination (of any kind) and also wrongful termination.

The political ads on TV make me sick. It's so sad and pathetic to see that these politicians, these men and women, resort to something as low and stupid as elementary school name calling. The ads that come on here in South Florida are the worst. None of the candidates I have seen on the commercials talk about the issues we are facing here; they just like to throw labels, say some positive things about THEIR "party", and take quotes out of context.

My question is: Where are good, hard-working, and honest politicians at?

The world needs politicians who can do more than just take cheap shots at each other and beat around the bush about issues. We need politicians who can take action. Where are they!?! I think people have a higher chance of spotting Elvis than finding someone who can carry out his/her plans effectively. (That kind of incompetence is what motivates me to do something positive with my life. Yet, sometimes, I think I'm too damn idealistic) :(

The President of Iran has challanged Bush to a televised debate, I have 5 questions please answer everybody.?
http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20060829/ap_on_re_mi_ea/iran_nuclear

1. Should Bush do this (Lets say, hypothetically, for safety purposes, they do it by teleconfrence)?

2. What harm would come from it?

3. Why Bush should/shouldn't do this?

4. Do you think that if we are gearing up for an invasion or war with Iran in any way, and if so wouldn't you atleast want to hear both sides of the issues so that you can be more educated when supporting another war that we'd be stuck in for years to come?

5. Don't you think that if Bush's policies are right he will win the debate?

Ok...we all know that Ken Lay really is dead, but since bashing Bush is an easy way to make a buck, why not write a conspiracy theory book about how Ken Lay was charged with a crime, sentenced, then his death was faked, and he got away.

You see, there is this little inconvienent law out there that if you die before all your appeals are used, you do not die a criminal, if your case is currently under appeal. Your record is cleared and you die an innocent man.

Ken Lay dying an innocent man means noone, not even the government, can touch the money he stole from the shareholders of Enron.

Good idea for a book?

Ok so we went to Afganistan to look for Osama but he moved to Pakistan. We went to Iraq to look for WMD's and they moved to Syria.
So now we have to invade those two countries too?
He is also saying that Iran has a nuke and the propaganda seem to move to Iran now.
If we invade all those countries would there any countries left in the middle east to invade. Why should we support this if we know the two previous invations were a fiasco. What's wrong with you people?

It seems to me like this guy wants to cut out the middle-man media and speak openly to the world rather than beurocrats, diplomats, politicians and journalists. I want to hear what he has to say. I want to see what Bush has to say to him. I want to see it all live and unadulturated on my television.

If hitler just attacked europe and the japs never attacked the U.S. do you think that there would have been and world war 2?

2006-08-29 03:33:22 · 6 answers · asked by Anonymous

i think europeans should have the right to vote for the US presidency cause Americans are too stupid to vote for the right guy. Americans are dumb cause we hate communism. Im American but Im not stupid cause i try to think european not american. I think America has done nothing good for the world. America chooses stupid morons like Bush and Reagan. Thats why I think canadians and europeans should have the right to vote and thier votes should count twice. Europe should atleast get to control our elections. Are elections arent fair Bush cheated twice to win his presidencies. That is why we need the Europeans to control our elections.

Aussie Gov't tells Muslims in their country Leave if You Don't Like It.....

Austrailian Gov't tells Muslims in their country...]
Date: Fri, 28 Jul 2006 15:33:51 -0600
Muslims who want to live under Islamic Sharia law were told on Wednesday to
get out of Australia , as the government targeted radicals in a bid to head
off potential terror attacks.
A day after a group of mainstream Muslim leaders pledged loyalty to
Australia and her Queen at a special meeting with Prime Minister John
Howard, he and his Ministers made it clear that extremists would face a
crackdown.
Treasurer Peter Costello, seen as heir apparent to Howard, hinted that some
radical clerics could be asked to leave the country if they did not accept
that Australia was a secular state, and its laws were made by parliament.
"If those are not your values, if you want a country which has Sharia law or
a theocratic state, then Australia is not for you", he said on national
television.

2)What parameters for the debate would you like to have implemented?
3)Who should the moderator be?
and finally....
4)If you had one "intelligent" question to ask either president what would it be?
