Muslims who want to live under Islamic Sharia law were told on Wednesday to
get out of Australia , as the government targeted radicals in a bid to head
off potential terror attacks.
A day after a group of mainstream Muslim leaders pledged loyalty to
Australia and her Queen at a special meeting with Prime Minister John
Howard, he and his Ministers made it clear that extremists would face a
crackdown.
Treasurer Peter Costello, seen as heir apparent to Howard, hinted that some
radical clerics could be asked to leave the country if they did not accept
that Australia was a secular state, and its laws were made by parliament.
"If those are not your values, if you want a country which has Sharia law or
a theocratic state, then Australia is not for you", he said on national
television.

"If you aren't happy here then LEAVE. We didn't force you to come here. You
asked to be here. So accept the country YOU accepted."

So true about the liberals on this! If Bush tried this, he would again be likened to a dictator when in actuality, it would be protecting this soil. If you think there isn't a need to worry about Islams in this country you are clueless. An immigrant isn't going to strap a bomb to himself or blow up planes by flying them into buildings!!

This is what EVERY free nation should do. Welcome those who abide by your laws and love their new home--and will adapt to their new home--and support their new country--and DEPORT those who come with hatred and an intent to re-write their 'chosen' home to better suit them. They should've moved to a country that was better suited to them in the first place!

In the early 1960's you could go to Australia and homestead, now to become a permanent resident you may need to have a net worth of over one million dollars! There for ruling out most Americans if this correct! Think this would with our Mexican situation!

We need that here in the states !
The LIBERALS would fight it tooth and nail , showing their true colors and lose all political relevance .
Of course the ones who are most dangerous will ignore the law and stay to cause trouble .

If that is true, it is the best thing they could do. America will never do that because we are too wrapped up in political correctness.

Good for them. But our problem right now isn't the Islamofacists (that may become one in the future), but with the illegal Mexicans and OTM's. ROUND THEM UP AND SEND THEM HOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
