Do you know the truth about 9/11? Have you ever stopped to question the official story? Did you ever wonder why the WTC buildings collapse looked like a controlled demolition? Don't you think it is suspicious that the Secret Service would allow the President of the United States to stay at a highly publicized location for over 15 minutes when our nation was under attack?

at list thats what a lot of people think!!

I've noticed republicans here don't know what they are talking about most of the time. Is is just here or all of them?

Example, you hear them all the time refer to democrats as liberals. Only 23% of the democratic party is considered liberal.

I personally am a very proud liberal so it does not bother me.

Yet I was just wondering if they even had a clue what the difference was...seems they don't.

My only other guess is that they are still back in the day when liberal was a dirty word... which backed fired on the republican party after seeing exactly how greedy 'compassionate' conservatism is.

A.) The Simple Minded Repub (Get's their opinions from Fox News)

"He's doing the best he can under "new times". He is just trying to do what needs to be done. He just has bad luck that's all. I like 'em cause he is our president and we should stand with him... even though I didn't stand with Clinton."

B.) The Extremist (resembles those of 1930's Germany)

"If you ain't for Bush you're a whiney liberal! If you don't support Bush you are unamerican. All who oppose him are ter'r'r'r'rists! God bless the second amendment!"

C.) The Product of a Red State. (Generally found in Texas or otherwise driving huge SUV's)

"I like 'em, he's gonna get those ter'r'r'r'rists no matter what! The axis of evil doers better look out. Yaaahee! He's gitin' r done!"

D.) The Rich

"We don't care about middle class or the economy! We're getting tax cuts! Bush is the best prez since Regan!"

E.) All of the Above.

I am new to the country and just wanted to know if you are a US citizen-is it compulsory to vote.Coz i filled out a voter form which they mailed to me- i was supposed to mail it back but its such a pain and then register with either of the two parties.It was such a pain that i just didnt do it.
Is that ok?

Hey guys.

Just reading on Yahoo news about Rummys comments about a new form of 'Facism' in the world. Now, since i assume hes not talking about his own regime, i can guess he means Islamic Fundamentalism.

So, a quick question.
With stupid phrases like 'Islamo-Facist' and the like being thrown around by people who should know better, do you think its time the right-wing dropped its stupid hate mongering? Trust me, im European (British), so i know what a facist is, and an Islamic Fundamentalist is not facist, or any other form of 'National Socialist'.
Also, is their some sort of reasonign behind using Facism to describe the current 'enemy', or is it simply sticking 2 words togetehr to make them seem 'evil'?

you talk to a Republican about Iraq.. .and they go on and on with Rumsfeld stats about how many hundred thousand troops and policemen they have trained and how the government is formed with elections and everything is going great and how the insurgency is just a very small pocket of upset folks that will calm down soon...

then you go... "well that's great... sounds like our job is done and it's about time to leave"... and then they freak out and are like "WE CAN'T LEAVE... IT'S HORRIBLE OVER THERE AND THEY'RE ALL INCOMPETENT AND THEY CAN'T DEFEND THEMSELVES AND THEY ARE WEAK!"

uh... which is it... are things going great or are things horrible? Do they have several hundred thousand heavily trianed troops, like Rummy said, or are they weak... you can't have a trained army that large and be weak?

and if any other nation attacked them, I'm sure we would come to help them out... that's elementary...

Half of americans live in poverty without health care, many states refuse to even raise minimum wage, and when people barely make a little, they take a third of it back in taxes to pay thier salaries, I just want to know, when someone is gonna stand up and fight for OUR rights, instead of trying to run other countries.

We are the voters, why don't we put someone in there, we want in there, why can't we find a decent people, are there any left, concerned with how THIS country is going?

Just think about it. My grandmother worked 26 years for GE making toasters. Almost everything she had, clothing, appliances, cars was made here. Everyone bought American made goods. Corporations and our Govt. tell us that outsourcing is good for us because it keeps the price of goods affordable. How come those same goods were affordable 40years ago and we were the ones making them. Does anyone else think outsourcing is bad for the US? Does anyone think it is good?
