When it comes to my personal likes or dislikes, such as my favorite TV show or preferred flavor of ice cream, I'm fairly closed minded.
Anything else, I'll actively work to understand someone else's perspective, whether I eventually agree with it or not, and I base my conclusions on as much evidence from all perspectives as I can get.

I usually have an opinion on most things as most people do. I do change my opinions at times though if I feel that people have put across a solid point and argued in an amiable manner. I close off completely to anothers opinion no matter how valid their point if they insult me with comments like 'Dick' as this just shows stupidity. If you want me to listen I will but make sure you talk to me in the right way.

I do listen to both sides and sometimes I feel that this is the cause of my headaches. Some people really get too radical and will not listen to my side and then call me a tree hugger! Well, I guess thats me , a tree hugger. I think that if they could take a piece of each view and wrap it up , I'd take it:)

I'll listen , think and make up my own mind and if I don't like the SH-T some body's trying to feed me ,I tell'em .
Makes me real popular in some circles .
