Concerning congressman Clay Shaw?

Is this LA. congressman related to the Clay Shaw who at one time was implicated in JFK's assassination?

I've done a pretty extensive websearch for this question and can find no article or suggestion that they are related. Congressman E. Clay Shaw, Jr. (R-Florida - Broward & Palm Beach counties) has not been tied in any way to Clay Laverne Shaw (New Orleans, Louisiana).

Congressman Shaw does have some detractors so I'd think that if there were a link to the man who was tried for conspiracy to assassinate JFK, there'd be a mention somewhere.
