Due to the USA plan to build missile defense shield in Europe???

Hopefully Bush - and his warmongering troupes - will be out of office, prior to this nightmare occuring??? Takes me back to the days of 'cold war' politics . . . not a pretty picture to see history repeat itself . . . again, and again, and again . . .

Your feelings?

Has the blighter not run the armed forces down so much that if Monte Carlo decided to invade there would be sod all we could do about it

So there's been all this "do you support the war, do you support the troops..." questions. I'm not asking about either, so don't respond about either,

But one thing seems (to me) to be consistant. Those who are against the war say the war is illegal and we were lied to. I don't feel that way (bad intel yes, but components were found, so not totally bad.) Anyway... After 9/11 Bush said not only is he going after the terrorists who did 9/11 but all terrorists around the world everyone was like "yeah, terrorists bad, need to stop them, blablabla..." And now that he's doing what he said he'd do everyone calls him a liar? I really don't get that. And although he is the president, it's not all him making every little choice. Sometimes the rest of us need to take responsibility for our part to. And as far as impeaching him, what would that really do? Wasn't Clinton impeached and all that really happened was a slap on the wrist?

I've expressed to my husband a little about how I believe I'll face some challenges as a Navy Spouse. He feels it's ridiculous that I think the Navy will present any difficulties for me, after all, HE is the one joining the Navy. Is this true? What do you military spouses or navy spouses think of this? What about members of the military, what do you believe?

I am reading a book about the 6 day war and there is a photo of Israeli solders celebrating and they are holding up what seems to be a Palistinian flag with a star in it-what flag is this? Is this an old Israeli flag?

Aren't any Americans alarmed at the fact that U.S.Soliders keep dropping like flies in Iraq and Afghanistan? Both of these Wars have lasted longer than World War II.The People that live in these countries never attacked america, and If America leaves those places they won't come here(cause they have no Air Force or Navy). If you still support these Wars do you believe everything your President and Goverment tells you?I don't and you shouldn't either.

Since he is prior service (Army) he isn't really treated very nice by his recruitment officer. We have some unanswered questions and I'm hoping I can get them here. How long will he be in "A" school for? What should be on his packing list? Since he's prior service he doesn't have to go to a full boot camp but a mini one instead. What will that be like? What does he need to pack for that? They also haven't disclosed his "A"school date is, all we know is that he leaves for the mini boot camp on June 11th. Is there anywhere we can find any this information out at? Also, I'm new to being a military spouse so any tips about anything, the life, the bases, the AT job for my husband, anything would be helpful, I feel lost in this military world. Thanks!

I have a funeral to attend tomorrow and I don't have any idea what to wear. It's a formal military funeral and I'm thinking of wearing a black and white dress but can I wear white? Or does it have to be solid black?

My husband was in the Navy, Special Forces SBU during the first Gulf War. He was honorably medically dishcharged. He has medals and ribbons put in a drawer. I was going to put them in a shadow box for him, but he said he doesn't want them on display. Why? He isn't very clear when I ask him.

Source: History. ..War in Iraq and Afghanistan. So far war is over 48 months long. The USA can not beat a rag tag group of men who look like they belong in the Flintstone army.

Enough is enough, and to you all who support this war, you need to wake up and realize that you cannot keep blaming this on the past wars, Ect!
Those of you who say that we need to protect the USA should also be thinking that we are running short of soldiers!
If we were invaded today, do you seriously think that we would be able to protect our nation!
Probably not! Another thought, Why dont we draft Bushes daughters to go fight this war! or would this be to much to ask of him!
This is not our problem in Iraq, and I will NEVER support it, although I support our troops! I spent 12 yrs in the army, so I know what our job is, but this war is sensless!
