Staff Sergeant Raymond Plouhar, 30, died on Monday of wounds suffered while on duty in Anbar province. He had barely a month left of his tour of duty in Iraq, where he was in charge of detecting and detonating makeshift bombs.

Do you think it is time to leave Iraq yet?

After having a surgery at military hospital, if a person does not recover all right and it is their fault, can the person sue?

If so, who the doctor or the hospital? Will Tricare pay for a second opinion at a civilian hospital, if it has been more than 30 days?

Please do not answer, if you are not serious!!!!!

With all of this talk of terrorism in the news I got to thinking. If killing inocent civilians is terrorism and if the US ever used a neculear wepon it would be a terrorist act, right, wrong? Define terrorism.

I am an ex U.S Army infantrymen with two overseas tours. I am very troubled by what i'm hearing in the media. What is going on with the command and control of the lower enlisted fighting men? I know when I was in the Army you couldn't just rape people and burn down there family.(innocent till proven guilty but) When I was in You coudn't take a crap without someone in command knowing where you were so how are people getting away with this kind of treatment of iraqi civi's? Also why is the media trying to lose this war. Why don't you liberal wimps put down your bucket of KFC and get on the home team for awhile with your reporting. Very one sided reporting. I don't want body counts I want real news. Also do people think that maybe the U.S Military should be alittle more choosey of who they enlist to fight for "freedom" I want good people in the Army. I don't know about you but killing people for no reason and raping and burning women doesn't sound like freedom to me.

Look at our foolish "Bring em On" military over there in Iraq. They are getting their butts handed to them everyday by a rag tag group of Insurgents who use basic weapons and the American military says "we are winning in Iraq". LOL!!! What a laugh!! LOL!! How can the USA Military be so "uninformed"? Now take a look at this. In addition to over 2,533 dead here's the wounded military. Tell me again how we are winning.......Wounded In Action According to The DoD

I am going to be dealing with my first deployment as a navy wife in a few months & do not know how i am going to deal (newer mom & pregnant with #2 hubbies missing birth & 90% of prenancy)..it scares me because i hear of all the men cheating & wifes cheating & of all the divorces because of deployment (how true this is i dont know but i've heard it alot from other wifes and husbands). i dont want to end up as one of the unlucky ones....i love my hubby very very much and wouldnt cheat on him nor do i think he would on me. how can i assure him when he is gone that nothing like that will happen with us?...what can i send him to make deployment seem to go faster and so he knows i love him and miss him? how can i make him feel as though he helped me through the prenancy & up to date without him feeling depressed or guilty because of missing his 2d child being born?

Also what can i expect while he is gone on deployment & when he returns?

thanks in advance

Iraq-- - Five U.S. Army soldiers are being investigated for allegedly raping a young woman, then killing her and three members of her family in Iraq, a U.S. military official said Friday.

The soldiers also allegedly burned the body of the woman they are accused of assaulting in the March incident, the official told The Associated Press on condition of anonymity because of the sensitivity of the case.

The U.S. command issued a sparse statement, saying Maj. Gen. James D. Thurman, commander of coalition troops in Baghdad, had ordered a criminal investigation into the alleged killing of a family of four in Mahmoudiyah, south of Baghdad. The statement had no other details.

The case represents the latest allegations against U.S. soldiers stemming from the deaths of Iraqis. At least 14 U.S. troops have been convicted.

The United States also is investigating allegations that two dozen unarmed Iraqi civilians were killed by U.S. Marines in Iraq last Nov 05.

Surely it's not rocket science, it should be an open and shut thing. Oh you want a Pentacle for your husband who died in a US military operation, sure, here you go. What's the deal? They put pentacles on dogtags, why not memorials and headstones? Is there something offensive about it? I just don't get it. Should not all of our military men and women be given the same rights, alive or dead? Certainly especially dead!!

Osama bin Laden has asked President Bush to return Al Zarqawi's body to Jordan for "proper" burial. However, if for his burial Zarqawi was not washed and then wrapped head to toe with pig intestines, placed face down and pointed away from Mecca, it would send a VERY strong signal to the world that the Sacrilege this filth perpetrated will NOT be tolerated.
