I think it's time to come home..we shouldn't have been there in the first place. As far as the lawsuit, the Marine had to agree to appear in the film and he had to sign a release saying that the film maker would have the final say in the movie which means he could be cut out of the film or what have you. Considering most people in this country know that Michael Moore is partisan, the Marine should have known it wasn't going to be a gung-ho let's go to war and praise Bush for his efforts kind of movie. That lawsuit is frivolous. I'm sorry he lost his life, and my condolences to the family

The action picture replaced into in accordance with info and allegations that have been inadequately or poorly supported interior the action picture. It additionally pursued solutions from Politicians which might have supported Moore's theses surrounding Bush's relationship with the Bin weighted down relatives and armed forces recruitment policies. As those questions went many times unanswered, it replaced into left to the visitors to kind their very own critiques in accordance with what that they had seen. needless to say, it provided the themes from a Liberal attitude, which human beings are at liberty to help or disagree with. the final analysis is that this: If he had lied or deceive absolutely everyone, you're able to have seen some very fantastically publicised lawsuits via now. The Republican occasion have been needless to say enormously mad with what he alleged interior the action picture and kicked up a brilliant number of fuss approximately it. yet they have not filed any regulation fits yet. So the place's the info of falsehoods? Politics in united statesa. has exchange into very polarized over the final 10 years and a results of that's lots greater airborne dirt and mud-slinging, lies, media manipulation, cynicism and grimy tricks. The Republicans are basically as responsible, if not greater so than the democrats. basically watch Fox information or hear to hurry Limbaugh for a nighttime (in case you could abdomen it) for info of that. yet despite you think of of what your combatants say, you need to continually preserve their good to assert it - and your good to project them on it.

Complicated: Depends on your stance.
I know people In the United States, educated in foreign policy. They say, No. Why? If we left, we'd leave a power vacuum that Iran would rush to fill.
I know people also educated in foreign policy, but from other counteries. They say, Yes, and if Iran invades, then it's their headache, and it will be a headache.
I know others who cynically say if we leave, the US oil companies will lose access to the 2nd or 3rd largest untapped oil reserve, so the answer -- from the point of view of the companies -- is no.
My opinion? Have no idea. I hate it, but I do not know. I hate it, though. Young men dying while old men watch.
Bruce Springstein song (which is actually a cover for someone else's song) ... What is War Good For ... look up the lyrics. That's my emotional response ....

This is a hard one. I am all for leaving Iraq but I think Michael Moore is ridiculous. That poor marine`s family told on the news the other night that he was so upset over that movie. It is a shame for any of our fighting men and women to get killed.

You might as well ask why any one of the other 2500+ service members have died in Iraq. Being featured in a film doesn't make his death any more or any less important than the deaths of anyone else in Iraq. No matter what you think about the war in Iraq, our fallen service members should be given respect and treated with honor.

Didn't this Marine In Michael Moore's Movie file a 30 million dollar lawsuilt against him?If America left Iraq right now where would all these people fighting their so called holy war go next? Would they be content just having America check out- out of sight, out of mind all is forgiving thank you please don't come again. It wouldn't be long before the cause is brought here.

I don't know who you called a coward but if anyone is you are. You little maggot, you absolutely jump for joy with every new American death because it gives you one more number to wave in Americas face. Don't tell me I don't know you either...I've read your posts, I heard the rhetoric 40 years ago...I've got your number even if some of these others don't. This Marine died preserving your right to be a public disgrace to your country.....and you have no concept of shame or of honor. For the record if they would let me I WOULD be there but unfortuneately I am 58 yrs old. It's not like I haven't tried.

It was time to leave Iraq before the unnecessary invasion started.
The US has created far more "terrorists" than it has "neutralized."
But, Israel has more fighting for the US to do, and Exxon Mobil has more profits to earn, so we can't leave until the US is in a total depression.
Which will be about two more years at the current rate the US is borrowing money she can't repay.

He died doing something he believed in. If you are unaware of the fact that Mr. Moore misrepresented what SSG Plouhar said - it figures.
BTW I have served a tour in Iraq.

Nope, stay until the job is done. We left to early last time. We have Saddam on trial so we should finish what we have started.
Then move into Iran.
