Yes. He has been border hopping, and when one country and their soldiers go to chase him down, he goes into another country where they can't do that legally. Then he repeats the process over and over and over, and since the soldiers are ordered not to kill him like they ought to, he gets away with it.

In the words of my history teacher, he is "hiding in a cave somewhere eating bat dung."

So take your pick. the latter was just a personal idea, but the first was actually true, to my knowledge, and the knowledge of many others.

To be honest, I think the US has been keeping him alive. Osama Bin Laden is not a person who the US should oppose because of his connections. Drug traffic would increase if Osama weren't there and of course the oil supply would be run by someone much more stupid than Bin Laden, so it behooves the US to make deals through him.

because bush isnt concerned about him.
he doesnt care about finding the guy that plotted and played out events that murdered thousands of innocant american lives.

after 9/11 bush flew several members of the bin Laden family out of the country. with out trials, or even asking them a single question. how about "where's osama?"

bush has had long, long ites with the bin Laden family.
look it up.

Tell me one thing George Bush has accomplished in the past 6 years of any real weight? Iraq? Immigration? Reducing the national debt? FEMA and domestic security re. natural disasters and terrorism? Corporate resposibility? Education? Poverty?

Other than giving massive tax breaks to the upper 3% of the population Bush hasn't FINISHED a single thing he started. He seems incapable of successfully completing a task. America will look back on his 8 years as ones of lost opportunity and horrific blunders.

Either we cannot find him or we already have and the government has subjected him to the torture he deserves but does not want to tell the world because of all the whining the liberals would do about it.
