I was at the pool with my husband and my best friend yesterday and this guy(around 35+) was there with a girl who we assumed was his daughter(around12-14) and they were swiming and doing things that made us worry but we didnt say any thing and to day I went to get something out of the car and I saw them up there again and I look over and say them kissing in the corner of the pool and not knowing what to do I went and got my husband and my best friend and told them to sit in the car with me for a min and told them to keep an eye on the pool and after a while my friend saw it to. I dont know what to do I cant call the police cause its our word against theres so PLEASE help me out

Help! It all started when my neighbor duct taped a nude mannequin to his tree! Eventually she was moved up to the roof of the house so that no one would miss her. She also started out with all her body parts, but he's slowly taking away her limbs, she also has an american flag coming out of her private parts! Now he has spray painted "free speech" across his house, and is nailing trash to the front of his house as well!!

I am 24 yrs old now.
Back in high school I skipped school ignoring our school officer and I got big time points on my license for it. Then a couple of speeding tickes and I had my license revoked for 30 days. What like seven years ago.

The deal is you have to be ticket free for three years before your out of the system. Get one tickets for anything and your on a six month probation, anyother offense/anything within those three years and you're license is suspended.

So I lost my license for a u-turn. I'm a good driver and I have been good about not speeding, I consider myself an adult and mature driver on the road.

But Is it fair that I'm 24 and I still have to deal with this BS that if I get any kinda ticket I have to be harrassed by the DMV. The seem like Nazi's to me????
Shouldn't they let me out of there vice like grips and suspend people licese for real reasons rather then people like me who get it taken for making a u-turn.

What do you think...?

Recently i had a 12 year old kid break into my house an steal a large amount of monry, 200 to 300 hundred dollars. We were saving the money in a old jar for a family trip. I called the cops and the kid finally admitted to stealing the jar, but it was never found. If I was to press charges would the kid have to pay, or not, because we didn't have an exact amount? FYI. the kid has mental problems and thats why were hesitent on pressing charges. The foster parents said that they would talk to their case worker but i don't know. any input would be helpful.

same agents and brokers sold my home & with proceeds convinced me of buying four home asssuring me it would be a great investment properties would pay off themself. if i leased them .i question my qualifying for the loan, assured me i would & make the payments if not less equal to the mortgage& rent amount,i invested 175,000 trusting them gave what they asked me for infomation for loan approval, returned informing it would look better if i had co signers knowing full well they would not be contributing to the mortgage payment,they forgedmy signature,bal on my bank stmt.made up false check stub stated i made alot more,then at closing the numbers were not acceptable i wouldnt sign, they change the numbers to acceptable, i signed then when my payment book came it was back to the unacceptable amount, they promised to give me help of 2000 dollars a month because they felt so bad and didfor 2 mos. now in forecloser and insurance says i committed mortgage fraud! what can i do?

i was always brought up with the ideal if you cannot do the time,do not do the crime,and all your rights go out the window,i thought it was punishment,not the right to sit on your bum playing playstations and watching tv,while the majority have to work to pay for what they eat,it seems to be the life of o`reily at the moment,get up to a ready cooked meal 3 times a day and free entertainment,all at the expense of the taxpayer,and today being told by inmates that the cells are to drafty,where will it end

Soooooooo I met this guy and he told me that he was arrested in NY for not having his ID on him while he sat on his grandfather's porch. He said that the police officers could walk up to you, ask you for your ID, and if you don't have it on you they can take you downtown. Is this true? Anybody know for sure? Does it just apply to certain places? I've never heard of this before but I thought about it relative to something else I've heard about. Just want to know if anyone else has had this experience or something similar.

I was arrested on 6-6-2001 at trans pacific national bank corner of Santa Clara st. and Webster st. in Alameda,CA 94501. The police had arrested me on 6-5-2001 at 3:00pm and taken all of my personal possessions. My watches(two),my three wedding ring set, an emerald/gold ring bought by my wife in 1994 for our first wedding anniversary,a Dell Inspirion computer for the MM Orr Trust,New/Man Aerospace and New/Man Int.,$800-$1000 cash from my wallet,my keys and my wallet,a solid gold Eagle on a chain around my neck that was given to me by my wife in 1995? and I was placed in an isolation cell. prozac, I was physically dependant on them all. I had been taking them since 1994, but I never took more than subscribed by the doctors. I began to go into withdrawals around 1030am 6-6-01 that morning. I began to ask a Ms Denny to please give me my medicine. She told me to
