Help! It all started when my neighbor duct taped a nude mannequin to his tree! Eventually she was moved up to the roof of the house so that no one would miss her. She also started out with all her body parts, but he's slowly taking away her limbs, she also has an american flag coming out of her private parts! Now he has spray painted "free speech" across his house, and is nailing trash to the front of his house as well!!

What a wacko! You know what they say ... keep your friends close and your enemies closer. I'd get real close to this weirdo so he doesn't turn on you. In the meantime, contact the city code enforcement. They probably can't do anything about the painting, but maybe can do something about the mannequin. Also, call the county commissioners and report this. I wouldn't think the local government will sit idly by and let this lunatic treat our flag like that. Maybe if he looses his cool, they can Baker Act him and get in there and clean up the mess. Good luck! Be careful.

I would try code inforcement first and go to the court house to file an injuction against this person . Do you have some sort of home owners association that could call the police to get this person off your street and If so do they have the availability to put a lean on the house. I'm asking more than answering sorry.

Stay away from this guy he's got a few screws loose. Don't you have some type of law ordnance in your town? Call someone to do a drive by...Police, Board of Health. Trash can bring in rodents. Good luck

Wow!!! Did you find a time machine and move next door to college me? Sounds pretty sucky. We spray painted our house but never cleaned it off, needless to say we didn't get our security deposit back.
