Honey, remember what Hillary said, "It takes a village."

The young girl is being taken advantage of. She isn't old enough to know what she is doing or make a choice like this. That is why we have age requirement laws for consent.

Do you civic duty and step up to the plate. Turn him into the police. You don't need pictures. You have other witnesses besides yourself.

You should call the police and at least have them check it out. That is someone's young daughter and her parents may not know that she is involved with man old enough to be her father. Maybe she is older than she looks, but if you say 12-14, then she is still well underage. Call the police, there are three of you who saw it. You will be doing the right thing.

Absolutely call the police and/or child welfare. If nothing is wrong then hey you made a mistake. If there is something wrong then hey you have done the absolute most "right thing". Why take the chance? Good luck! Oh, and PS if you did misjudge the situation, don't ever let that make you think twice about a child being hurt or one that has the potential of being harmed.

Why do you think this will upset people except for the obvious reason that something seriously wrong may be occurring??

A 35 year old with a juvenile is something that should upset everyone of us.

If this guy is that brazen to do these things in public, then it should not be too difficult for you to obtain the evidence of improper behavior to provide your neighborhood watch. Then let them involve the proper authorities.

Sorry, but if you don't see their ID and know the ages for sure, you can't do anything. Besides, was she yelling for help? Was she hurt?

There isn't much you can do. You may not agree with the behavior, but you can't stop them if its consensual between two people, or perhaps her parents agree to it? You don't know, so just try and stay away. In some states consent is 16 years old.

Bottom line: you need more information first. Don't just assume.

The best thing to do in that situation would be to report it to the police. If in fact the girl is of legal then nothing happens. However, if she is in fact a minor and the guy is an adult, then you just might have saved the girls life...........

Of course, you can alert the police. You have multiple witnesses. Any suspicion of child abuse or sexual exploitation of underage girls or boys should NOT be ignored. Just think . . . what if you were the mother or father of this child? What would you want a witness like yourself to do?

You can call the police and tell them exactly what you saw and say you are worried that she may be too young for him, they may come and talk to them.

Otherwise take pictures and see if you can find out their licence plate number

You can't tell someone's age just by looking at them. Maybe he's 30 and she's 20. My guess is he wouldn't do those things out in the open if she were that young.

If you're game I would ask the underaged girl if you could have
a moment to speak to the man and get him aside and put it to
him that what he is doing is illegal and it is plain obvious to
everyone here and make him very uncomfortable (but not
enough to get yourself in too deep)
Just a caution. Hopefully he'll get your message
