Could the illegals from mexico who failed to make a success in their own country cause the USA to prosper or would it just be an extension of Mexico?

Is that why the illegals keep insisting that Americans 'stole' their territory and that they have a 'right' to be here, because that's what they actually believe?

If that's the case, I almost feel sorry for all those young students in Mexico who are being brainwashed by their corrupt government.

You'd figure Mexico would get over something that happend hundrends of years ago. A time were everyone from that era are long dead.

I guess I was wrong.

And, yes, I am open to discussing amnesty and other issues, or at least not dismissing them in favor of only tough or draconian methods. How is behaving that way suppose to get us toward an amicable solution?

why is it they can't seem to understand that the anti's are anti ILLEGAL immigration and it has nothing to do with race?
if you are here illegally it doesn't matter to us what your race or nationality is we want you to leave.

I feel that amnesty is the way for a better America. My parents are undocumented and I was born here. I go to college on grants and plan to graduate from medical school in another 2 years. I plan to use my education to help the undocumented people here that have been shut out of heatlhcare by the racist American system.

Then is a rapist an 'unwanted sex partner'? is a drug dealer an 'unlicsenced pharmacist'? is a burglar an 'uninvited houseguest'? is robbing a bank making an 'unauthorized withdrawal'? is a pimp an 'unofficial matchmaker'?

People are so politically correct when describing illegals, so why can't we do the same for the rest of these criminals?

I don't think so. Why do illegal aliens like the term undocumented? Makes them sound like they had documents once and lost them or something. What are you views?

I know some of you people that are against illegal Immigration or even against immigrants are going to hate me or delete my question( i dont really care since im not insulting anyone) but really , 1. whats soo good about being an American? Yes, I have freedom of speach, but who really cares what I have to say? If people here only delete my points of view? Does my president care, no he doesnt??? 2. I have the right to vote. Do I really pick out my president?? As far as I know, something went wrong during president Bush's re election in Floriday, wow , hmmm. 3. I have the right to enlist in the military and defend my country. Go over to fight for something that I dont even know what it is?? they were supposed to go over there to find Osama, and went somewhere else, I dont mean to offend anyone in the military. But enlisting in the military is because you want to defend your country. I really admire them for being there, but I also have seen the ones that come back from Iraq injured

This is what I have heard many times over.

There are so many people who would like to emigrate to another country. This is because the pasture seems greener the other side. However, the reality is otherwise. Usually life is hard and tough and many people regretted emigrating. Some are even cheated.

However, is emigrating to another country really so bad? Surely the country emigrated to can't be all that bad. If one can adapt accordingly, wouldn't it be acceptable? If you have a perfect job experience, enough capital and contacts, can it be all that bad? Can USA be all that bad? For that matter, Canada or the UK? Or is Australia really awful for immigrants?

Is emigrating to another country all that bad?

We defy sob-stories because we've been denied any comfort for our own telling.

Illegals claim to be walking skeletons yet the TV news from their poorest regions shows them healthy though drunk and passed out.

At the exhaustion of our logic, don't we just hold them to our own standards and expect them to do as our leaders taught us to do?

To fix their own mess?

SAWYER: For instance, recently, a new law just in effect in Oklahoma made it a felony not only to provide employment, a job, to an illegal immigrant, but how about this? Provide transportation or shelter? DOBBS: Right, it's already -- DOBBS: Vigilantes? I think that's a law that should be --

SAWYER: Well, turning, turning people in for transportation or shelter--

DOBBS: It's already a felony, by the way to do so. It's against the law in this country to aid and abet anyone breaking U.S. law so we have a lot of people in violation on the federal level. Oklahoma did a, put together a strong powerful law in that state. In the state legislature and that government followed the will of the people. It is precisely that will that exists across this country. This is a welcoming nation. We have, as I said, we're the most racially divorce, socially diverse society on Earth. And we bring in more than two million legal immigrants. Why do you-- does anyone expect working men and women in this country, the middle class in this country, to accept being ignored, their will being ignored by the two political parties on the issue of illegal immigration, border security, the failure of public education, the failure to invest in our infrastructure. Who in the world are these arrogant elites who think that because they're in a branding mechanism called the Republican or Democratic parties, they have the right to ignore the will of the majority? It's the basic tenet of democracy, to represent the majority.http://www.newsbusters.org/blogs/scott-whitlock/2007/11/20/abcs-sawyer-vigilantes-going-too-far-combat-illegals
